I called them to fix my running toilet, only that the toilet was still running. I called them back and they wanted to charge me again for something they failed to fix the first time. They want to charge me $450 because today is Saturday and $350 if I could wait until next week. JUST TO FIX A RUNNING TOILET!
BEWARE they have an answering service, so you do not get neither a person that can help you right away nor someone that can give you an appoitment time. I basically paid $115 for a new handle...THAT IS ROBBERY!! NOT ONLY THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT ALSO DEAD BEAT PLUMBERS.

Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. Tyler was a rockstar! Very very professional and informative. He had a very difficult task of replacing a valve in the tank of our toilet , it was a very tight space for him to navigate but he did not give up and was able to complete the job. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to everyone who needs plumbing services!

Requested them to fix a leaky water fountain in our community dog park. They delayed coming out 3 times. The reason being stuck on other jobs.They are unreliable in my opinion. I guess my job was too small.

Mike showed up on the Fourth of July and saved us! We had a massive clog backing up all the toilets and showers. He showed up and fixed the problem with quickly and with ease. Mike is super professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I will be calling him again if we have any more problems. GO GATORS !

They are overpriced. $283.00 for less than an hour's work to clean a clogged shower drain. However, both workers were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly and on time. Not sure if I would use again because of the price. I think next time I will call several companies and compare prices.

Had a slab leak and called Nick. Ended up having to re-plumb the entire house. Nick did an amazing job, super communicative, easy to talk to, patient, and understanding. Recommending him to all our friends and family, some of who have used him since then. A+++

Pipes were not cleared. Hired this guy on a referral because he has a video scope on his snake out machine. Spent wasted money and pipes weren't cleared. The new company i hired had 4.7 reviews on google and found flush out pipe cover quickly then snaked out pipes.

Will use them again for all future plumbing issues. They were professional and did a fantastic job. Reliability is very important to my husband and I. We couldn’t figure why our ice maker wasn’t working. The water line needed to be replaced. Working fine now! Thank you.
