I discovered we had old leaky galvanized pipe between our meter and main shut off. One week of water usage was at $149. Not good. I called Plumb Crazy Plumbing (along with about five other companies) and he said he would be here in one hour. Another company showed up just before him and proposed a two day project (which would have left us without water for all that time. Andy, at Plumb Crazy looked over the job and came up with a fast effective solution to fully replace the main water line in one day. I hired him on the spot. And then he delivered, on time and with good quality. They even cleaned up the mess I made digging up the leak to do a temporary repair. That was above and beyond what they were hired for. I highly recommend Plumb Crazy Plumbers.

Shawn and his crew came in to pick up where another company left off that we were not satisfied with. They did a beautiful job installing our pool hookups including fire pit, pool heater, lanterns, etc
Shawn took on a difficult job at our place and went above and beyond in the heat of the day to make sure that the job was completed . He was forced to come back again to finish and never complained. He and his group are very respectful and work efficiently. Shawn is very good with communication and the prices are reasonable. Would 100% recommend this company and crew for any gas work needed.

Great company, friendly customer service, Paul and Ernie were prompt and went straight to work. They did a wonderful job fixing our problem. At a time when I'm sure they would have both liked to have been home enjoying dinner,they were friendly and determined to fix the problem ,I have used this company before,and will remain a faithful lifetime customer, and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Jamin is the most courteous and professional tradesman that my wife and I have ever encountered. It was a stroke of luck that we got him. I was referred to him by another plumber who was too busy. When I spoke to Jamin he had me text pictures of the work I needed done . I received a proposal right away and the appointment was set for a few days later. Jamin comes fully prepared, on time and he explains everything that will be done with a smile. The great thing about him is that he puts you totally at ease. We had a different plumbing company come out to the house a while back and Jamin is by far the best you can get. He knows his stuff. A big plus is his prices are very reasonable. He cleaned up all the debris and said we can call him anytime. It can't get better than that. You need to call Jamin for all your plumbing work. You will not be disappointed.

Very unhappy with this company. The plumber came out and told me that it would cost $450 to unclog toilet. I agreed reluctantly as I thought it was very high but, I agreed. The plumber (Tom) said he was going on the roof to go through the vent pipe to clear obstruction. That didn't work so he told me that it would be another $280.00 to remove the toilet to clear the obstruction. I was upset about this but again my bad, I agreed. He did clear whatever was obstructing the drainpipe. it cost me $728.00 to clear the obstruction which I personally think is outrageous.
Received phone call from Zack at Tampa Bay Plumbing and he apologized and told me that the plumber made a mistake, and I should not have been charged the extra $280. which is being refunded to me. I think this demonstrates that they are a class act, and I will probably use their services again.

Called and was told 6 different times of day that someone for my emergency service would call and be there but no call no show is what I got. I finally cancelled the call and went with another company. I have never personally given a bad review until now for any company.
