Shawn and his crew came in to pick up where another company left off that we were not satisfied with. They did a beautiful job installing our pool hookups including fire pit, pool heater, lanterns, etc
Shawn took on a difficult job at our place and went above and beyond in the heat of the day to make sure that the job was completed . He was forced to come back again to finish and never complained. He and his group are very respectful and work efficiently. Shawn is very good with communication and the prices are reasonable. Would 100% recommend this company and crew for any gas work needed.

Jamin/Plumbing by Jamin was recommended to us by our electrician to help us install a tankless water heater in the kitchen. He was very nice to work with, fair and communicative, and really helped us plan and problem-solve as well. We also needed some pipes moved/rerouted, and he took care of every issue in a timely manner. He really really knows his stuff, can do small or large projects, and you can tell that he's an expert wants to do high-quality work for you. We have had zero issues with the work he did for us. Jamin is a great plumber and problem solver, would definitely recommend!

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.
