Used Cornerstone Plumbing for a condo repiping project. The technicians were very efficient, explained what they were doing along the project and were very careful to maintain a clean work area and to leave everything in order at the end of each day on the job.

Water heat was leaking and pipes were making a noise. Called Megan and she was again the best! Friendly, helpful, reassuring and most importantly took care of me and my problem. Corey came out and he was again awesome. I feel like Corey is my 4th son! He is respectful, friendly, and he knows what he's doing. I always feel confident of his plumbing experience and advice to solve my problems. I met Lou who was with Corey for the 1st time and he was also just great. They installed a new water heater and fixed my problem under the kitchen sink. I would never call anyone else for my plumbing problems. Thank you all.

they installed new garbage disposal and installed new drain pipes under sink.) I had water filling my bottom cabinet because the pipes came apart under sink. Megan was my 1st contact with Premium Plumbing and she was responsive, friendly and had Chris and Jesse out to my house next day. Megan is an awesome first impression to a customer. So important for the business. Chris and Jesse were equally as good. Polite, friendly, respectful and so so professional. Chris really knows what he's doing and explained everything clearly. I am 75 yrs young and I appreciate that consideration. Jesse is learning and is great. He was a great help to Chris. They work really well together. This is first time I've had a pleasant experience with plumbers in my home. They clean up after job and are careful when working. They both have wonderful personalities and great work ethics. 7/14/21- Both sides of my kitchen sink plugged up, water would not drain so kept on filling up both sides of my sink. I plunged but nothing helped. I called Megan and she was so kind once again. I freak out and Megan calms me down. She is so great. She treats you like a friend not just a customer. She scheduled Corey for next day and when he arrived Jesse was with him. So great to meet Cory and to see Jesse again. Corey was so friendly and professional and they unclogged my sink. Corey checked out everything for me. I am so thankful that I found Premium Plumbing. Had a Saturday urgent situation and after calling many plumbers, Everyday was able to take the job and were here in two hours. Carlos did a great job and price was fair. Will certainly use Everyday again.

Joe and his assistant we're very courteous, professional, and timely. Joe explained everything that needed to be done and gave us the pricing, which I felt was very reasonable. We're also looking into having Paradise Bay plumbing install a water softener as well. I would definitely use Paradise Bay plumbing in the future for any plumbing issues.

Nick from Proflo plumbing was superb! I called him in a panic as my kitchen sink was leaking and I couldn't operate easily in the kitchen which at this point is critical as I am caring for someone that is ill. The next day, he arrived on time and he was very courteous. What I thought was a drainage problem was actually more and required replacement of the garbage disposal which I had planned to do at a later date. Nick could have easily fixed the drainage problem, collected my money and then come again and charged me for the garbage disposal. However, he was extremely honest and said that fixing the drainage problem without the garbage disposal is dishonest and wouldn't solve any problems in the long run. We agreed and he charged a minimal incremental fee to replace the garbage disposal with the new one I had already purchased.

I was so pleased with his work that I also asked him to help me install a new faucet and fix a leak in the bathroom which he stayed an extra hour to do.

We are senior citizens so sometimes it takes us longer to understand what's going on and make decisions. Nick had patience and took the time to explain everything with us which I greatly appreciate! I wouldn't hesitate to call Nick from Proflo Plumbing again and refer him to others.

Tomily came out to my physical therapy clinic and in a matter of a few minutes fixed a leak in a sink that had been going on for months that other professionals attempted to fix. He's super knowledgeable and will listen to your needs. Fantastic guy and company!

I've known the owner for quite a few years. Knowledge of the staff is top notch. Anytime I've called with a question phone calls were answered promptly. Glad to see there is still people that take pride in their work and stand behind what they say.
