I used Midway because I needed work done on my home that required a plumber and electrician to work together and I thought coordinating them would be easier - it was. David, the plumber, was the best. Not only extremely knowledgeable, but a great guy also. The same can be said about Joe the electrician. Midway is a little more expensive than some other companies, but their customer service makes up for it in my opinion. They always answer the phone and seem sincere in trying to keep a happy customer.

Robert John was an awesome technician! He came out next day for a check up and answered all of our questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable while being friendly and personable, would recommend him to anyone! Called several times this morning, difficult to get a live person the first lady was super rude to me and I almost just called another company, I will give them a chance because Michelle helped me out and apologized for the other person's unprofessional and rude attitude. The first phone rep made this review 1 star, Michelle brought it up one more, we will see when they arrive if I will update and give more stars
