This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

Brandon and Tyler were great! They were professional, polite, and practical! They cleared out the closet to get to the access panel and cleaned up after themselves, putting everything back when they were finished! Brandon was within budget and everything went smoothly! I had a small additional plumbing problem that developed after their initial call and they took care of that as well! All together I would definitely use this team again!

Fantastic service. Great technician. Was extremely knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing step by step. Removed the leaking hot water tank and replaced with a new one. I would highly recommend and highly encourage more homeowners to use this company. Rescue Plumbing, LLC is the best.
