I had an emergency with my water heater, one of the hoses sprang a leak at around 9:00 PM 12/27/16. The turn off valve was stripped and not working, and I could not find the main shut off outside. I called Slaughter and the technician promised to come out within an hour. He arrived sooner than expected and immediately begin to work on the problem. He was polite, friendly and efficient. He removed the old flexible hoses and used copper to replace them. I would definitely recommend Slaughter, and the cost was reasonable too, considering the late hour.

Theron was helpful, professional and a good communicator. I appreciated that he was on time. He made a few suggestions about extra cosmetic pieces, which really did elevate the kitchen sink space. We're remodeling, so something always seems to need fixing or replacing, and everydayplumber has been great (we've used them for home and business). Elisha at the office is wonderful, and Ted Ireland is a great technician. He actually stayed until 10 PM one night to finish the job so that we wouldn't have to go without water. Quick appointments, fair pricing, and great people who seem to enjoy their work and like the company they work for - I'm glad we found them!

My Service Technician was extremely helpful in making sure I understood everything I needed and was paying for by taking the time to visually show me as well as breaking it down into layman terms. This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

Webb was prompt, efficient, courteous and very thorough with the leak detection diagnostic testing. Would definitely recommend Leak Ops to anyone needing their services.

Greg and David came out and replaced my shower cartridge that was constantly leaking. Over all great experience. If you are looking for a company with reasonable pricing, quick service, and great communication this is the company to use!
