Best Comprehensive Repair in Saint Petersburg FL

I flush my toilet and find out the drain is clogged. Both my bathrooms are now disabled and it's 4PM SUNDAY......fantastic!!!

I hit up google to find an emergency service. First company says next day, second company doesn't answer the phone, third company is Slaughter. I happened to get lucky with my timing so their guy arrives in 10 minutes. The guy (Jeff) is friendly and energetic. Right away he's hustling and lugging heavy equipment around like a beast.

Cost was $250 and he finished in less than an hour. I have no clue if the price is competitive, but it was late on a Sunday and they got my house up and running again......money well spent. I'm new to Largo and this is the first time I've needed a plumber, they will be my first call the next time I need someone.

This is a great medium sized company - small enough to pay attention to the customer yet big enough to have the resources to do a complex project in a timely manner. For 5 - 10 years now we've used them for mostly plumbing type issues and they did a fine job on all of them.

The male dispatcher that I talked to on the phone at around 5:20 PM on October 29, 2021 was quite unprofessional. He was very defensive, nasty and argumentative.

Our phone call was answered on a Saturday, the tech arrived at the set time, he diagnosed the problem exactly, explained the entire process, gave me a price up front & stuck to it...plus he also performed a task at no charge & gave written recommendations. I will definitely use them again.
