I just had to replace a hot water heater Don Charles Plumbing put in to one of my rental homes a little over a year ago. The hot water heater was NOT new, and rusted out. Beware! They don't call back, their phone's message is basically We are busy, call back later. No call backs. I manage about 100 rental homes, you would think they would take better care, I gave him a lot of work, always paid, they lost me as a customer.

I knew he was the guy to reach out to over the weekend when a water heater problem started happening. He was quick to reply to my inquiry with his thoughts and within 48 hours Kyle was at my house to take a look at my water heater. Kyle was able to quickly determine the water heater needed to be replaced and was thorough in explaining why as well as explaining the product to me. Kyle was also able to determine the water heater was still under warranty and was able to get it replaced and install the new water heater within the same day to get my family back up and running with hot water!
