I could not have asked for better service! I had an emergency on a Friday evening right after I got home from work. Antonio and his coworker were here within 45 minutes. They unclogged the drains and fixed a leaking toilet. They were very professional, efficient and reasonable. They explained everything as they did it and cleaned up the area. We had water pooling up in our bedroom carpet, two plumbers, the first from a major company, and the other a so called “Master Plumber” both said we needed a whole new shower. Cost: 4K - 6k. Then we called Scott’s. Brittany showed up, and did far more investigating than the other two did. She located the part that was causing the leak, cut thru the drywall and fixed the problem for $310.00. 1/20th the cost!!!

Angel was great. He quickly diagnosed an issue with my HVAC unit inside the garage. He kept me informed throughout the visit and gave me several options for a fix. He educated me on the different components and some things to consider going forward for routine maintenance. I would highly recommend ABC and especially Angel.

Joe was fantastic. Our shower knob broke and Joe came out the same day we called him! He was quick to respond and quick to fix the shower. He was in and out in about an hour. We will be using him for all our future plumbing needs.

The best plumber I ever had! Whenever anyone has an issue I always refer him. He has helped various issues I’ve had in my house over the years and I won’t use anyone else unless he says they are good.

I called Ross and told them about an issue I had with a sewer pipe at an investment property of mine. Their offices are about a mile away so I thought that they could help me. The person that I spoke with told me that someone would go to that property to provide an estimate before the end of the day or they would call me. The next morning I called and left a message. A different person called and told me that the person who was supposed to look at my issue was called off on another job. She went on to tell me that they could not perform any repair for me for 3 weeks. She said that the lady I spoke with originally should have disclosed this. Terrible customer service.
