Best Water in Saint Petersburg FL

I have worked with the Pink Plumber a number of times for various household projects. I have been nothing other than very pleased each time. I echo the other positive reviews regarding representatives Michael and Brian. They were a pleasure to have in my home. They were: polite, personable, professional, thorough, and seemingly very forthright - simply the best! I have also communicated with Blaine, Michael and Brian's Manager. I find Blaine to be professional as well. Michael and Brian will now become my go to personnel for plumbing issues because they care, and they go the extra mile to do the right thing for the customer. I would hire Michael and Brian/The Pink Plumber again, in a NY MINUTE. Given that Plumbers can be expensive, I thought the work they did was extensive and reasonably priced. I would not recommend this company to no one. They left us hanging undone job. They scammed the owner out of hundreds of dollars, they came out to put a pump in the septic tank, said could not do it did not have fittings on truck. Charged for coming and noting done. 2nd time came out different man did not have a pump in his truck , said he has to run to Clearwater to pick a pump up, said will be back in a hour to hour and a half, never came back. Left the lid off of the tank so someone could fall in, promise never use this company.

I couldn’t recommend this company more. Before I found Mid County Plumbing, I had multiple company’s come out to my home after having issues with my toilet for over 3 weeks and not only were the prices astronomical but none of them were helpful whatsoever and they made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Chris and Colby came to check out the problem and had a reasonably priced solution within minutes. Being a single mom, I not only experienced the best customer service I have ever had but they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. 10/10 would call again.

Frank was here less than an hour after I called, to assess the scope of the work. Frank, Josh, and Danny showed up right on time and replaced my kitchen faucet and 4 non-working valves under the sink; replaced the bathroom faucet, installed 2 hand-held bidets in just 3 hours. They were all friendly, incredibly efficient, and left zero mess or clutter. I can't thank People's Plumbing enough for all they've done!!! I HIGHLY recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Gary just came to my house and he quickly found the leak source. I have contacted other companies last week and I was told to replace my shower panel base, but without showing me the source for leaking. I am glad I have contacted this company and I know the exact cause for my leaking issue. Thanks.

I wish all contractors had the work ethic that Sam and his team display. Sam returns my calls and texts right away and was always able to accommodate my projects into his schedule quickly. He saved the day when he not only sourced a Gas Tankless Water Heater he installed it Thanksgiving week before I had guests arriving for the holiday!

This company is strongly recommended, for the first time I hire they are doing a great job, now they are getting better more and nice job

Our hot water pipe burst under the concrete slab. Knoll moved the schedule around for us and Alex and Chris worked hard and came up with a solution to get us up and running with the old and deteriorated pipes. We now have hot water. What a dream!! We so much appreciate these guys!

I had an excellent experience with this plumber. They were fair honest and competent. I will totally recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

On-time, professional and fixed our issue the first time. I'm not sure what else you would want in a plumber? Joshua was early for our appointment, offered repairs I didn't know we needed (but demonstrated why) and cleaned up after himself too. His prices were fair and he was a good communicator. Need a plumber? Call him!

Home Depot ordered the wrong garage door, the installer made some excuse that they would replace it with the right garage door ordered, 3 month later nothing was done
plus the installers stole item out of the garage. Nothing was supervised ...

I used this company for the first time when we were having a problem with a lack of hot water in one of our showers. I was ready to give up on the company after an initial hiccup that caused my appointment to be canceled. But the next business day at 8 a.m., I got a call from Richard, who wanted to make things right. Richard scheduled me first, and less than an hour later, he arrived to sort out our problem.

I was totally impressed. Richard is highly knowledgeable and professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Richard also gave me good advice regarding several other plumbing-related issues we were having. Thanks for the great service!
