Michael Mahony arrived within the promised time frame. What a delight ! He is very kind, experienced & succinct in his explanations of the problem & the solutions. Extremely proficient; he had the problem solved in short order and we were left with the utmost confidence in our knowledge of the problem/solution.

Nick Waugh was great. He was on time to give an estimate on our gas tankless hot water heater for routine maintenance. I was talking to him about the water pressure in the house and some general questions about faucets. He went beyond with advice and tips on cleaning of the faucets and explained how the water pressure works. I would recommend Mr. Rooter and ask for Nick, very happy he came out. I will be using Mr. Rooter and Nick in the future very soon.

Worst service, do NOT recommend. ZERO stars. They damaged my brand new floors and refused to admit it was caused by them. No apology, no solution and took over a week to return both of my calls, just to tell me they didn't believe me. RUN FAR FAR AWAY.

Men that run the calls are disgusting. Had to gawk at my partner while out walking dogs. Maybe next time you should do so without BUSINESS DECALS on your van. Both passenger and driver were doing so. Then had the audacity to beep at her.
