After reading reviews I decided to contact Pink Plummer! I decide to use them for a job but after they canceled twice on me I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ! 1st time they canceled they called me 2 hours after promised time window according to them the tech got stuck with a bigger job. Which is a horrible thing since I took the day off just to have this taken care of ! So they called me to reschedule for today say at 2:30 and got a call at 3:10 and was told the same thing that they would have to reschedule because the tech got stuck at another job! This has been a disappointing experience will look at other options. You guys lost a client

We will never use People's Plumbing again. We called them for a routine water heater replacement. It made a clanking noise from the day it was installed. They monkeyed around with the manufacturer for six months. The owner tried solutions he and his tech didn't think would work so he could get his money back from the manufacturer. Now we can only take a luke warm shower with the faucet all the way on hot and we have very little water pressure in our master bath double sink. I've called a different plumber today and will just eat my $1200 at People's to end the aggravation. You're really taking your chances if you use this company. NEVER AGAIN.

We use Sam for all of our plumbing needs....wether it's a leak...a clogged tub or shower....installing new faucets, toliets, fixtures. He is always fair with his pricing and sometimes I feel he deserves more...I highly recommend him.

The person who handles the calls is so unprofessional, I have had them out to fix an issue with flooding in my house twice now and each time they do the same thing and the problem is still not solved but we are charged. Called again to have them come out and they say they don't guarantee their work and that I should call someone else and he hung up on me. When the guys did come out the two times they were swinging the door open without knocking or any type of warning, there is a lack of respect with this company. Save yourself the time and find someone else.
