Hot water heater element replacement. Very easy to communicate with, very reliable with timing of appointment. Explained everything extremely well, was efficient and expeditious. Also just very nice person in general, Constantine, that runs the business and does the plumbing. Highly recommend.

Toilet, tub, and., sinks backed up! Jim came out after 5 pm and stayed until after 8 pm to get things working again. He charged me less than I expected and I am surely telling everyone I know how great he and his son were! Thanks Jim and Zac really appreciate you guys.

For 3 days I wasted $100 in draino and tools that did not work. Clog king gave me a phone quote of $165 which was higher than several other local ads, but they have perfect 100% reviews so I chose to try them. And I found out why as Kenny came out with the right toilet auger and in less than 5min he got to the blockage and freed up the pipes. He immediately told me the price would only be $115 since he was able to get it so fast and didn't have to break out more intense tools. Very professional from the receptionist to the calls from the service crew. I was happy to pay a bit more and know I'm not gonna have any problems with this place. Will definitely call them again for all of my plumbing needs in the future. Great job guys!! 2nd visit with clog kings was just as satisfactory as I had new faucets installed in my kitchen. We were at a loss for how to turn off the shower. In less than three hours, the problem was remedied with just one phone call. The majority of the time was spent on a search for a part for Jordan on a Saturday. Excellent work!

Trash service, had to call twice for the same problem, $850 water bill, after they left $500 water bill. so of course they had to come back out, then i had to tell the plumber where to look for the leak. He does fix it, and now the water bill was $180, normal. They wanted to charge a service fee ($60) for for the second time, even though they should have fixed it and didn't do their full diligence the first time. They think I'm dumb and I'm to believe after they left, miraculously I sprung a second leak, really.
When I refused they attempted to put a lien on my property because of it. They are a scam, call someone else. Owner Allen was rude, any real businessman can converse and listen without interrupting the customer.

Should have read the reviews before calling, this seems to be a pattern.

We use Sam for all of our plumbing needs....wether it's a leak...a clogged tub or shower....installing new faucets, toliets, fixtures. He is always fair with his pricing and sometimes I feel he deserves more...I highly recommend him.

Drilled a hole through something that led to more damage during the estimate! Second guy came out and fixed it for half the price Apollo quoted and fixed the damage they caused.

Total rip off. This company has a total lack of integrity.
