He then ran all new supply lines, and overcame some obstacles and challenges that an old house presents. I always call Rooter-man for any issues I have, my most recent being my garbage disposal smoking 😱😱😱 They were fast to get to my house and were great at installing and making sure the new one I really needed was working! I just had to replace a hot water heater Don Charles Plumbing put in to one of my rental homes a little over a year ago. The hot water heater was NOT new, and rusted out. Beware! They don't call back, their phone's message is basically We are busy, call back later. No call backs. I manage about 100 rental homes, you would think they would take better care, I gave him a lot of work, always paid, they lost me as a customer.

Had Derek and Corey help clear an unreasonably stubborn drain line. It took a few hours as they escalated their attempts, but were able to get it all done, cleaned, and were great representation for the company.

We had a problem with our pipe that leads into our septic tank. I contacted Miracle Plumbing and spoke with Cesar. After sending a few pictures of the problem, he responded with a time and starting price. I was pleased to know approximately what it would cost to get this fixed. There was no sitting around waiting to see if he would show up on time for our appointment. He was right on time, if not a little early. Fixed our problem within the amount he had estimated. Perfect!! He did a wonderful job and we are so thankful to find a good and honest company! We will definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs. Absolutely RUDE people!!! Call to have them do commercial account and they say we don't do commercial? Yet the WEBSITE cleary states otherwise! This company is a TOTAL JOKE! do not hire them.
