Purchased a home and the shower/bathtub water would not turn to hot. They came out and fortunately only needed an adjustment which they did.

The lady answering the phone was horrible, rude, and extremely unhelpful. Bad attitude going out of her way to let me know she was annoyed I called. Then she said they have no appointments anyways until late next week trying to discourage me from making any appointment at all. I'll just call someone else. I was nice to her and friendly....this was extremely uncalled for.

They were able to come up in a plumbing emergency within' an hour. Great job and very fast. Thanks

Edwin & Cris took out the old water heater eliminating old hot water recovery from ac as requested in a cramped closet space. While replacing water heater, they provided professional service with excellent communication, & remained pleasant even while waiting out a severe lightning storm. The job went smoothly despite the weather.

Excellent work, fair price. They fixed McGills Plumbing inept garbage work. Friends plumbing came out on a Saturday and fixed a problem I've been dealing with Mcgills plumbing for 2 weeks. Friends plumbing fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. McGill screwed up the work I hired them to do. . McGill incorrectly installed piping and charged me over $1400 for it. Then, refused to fix it correctly. Instead, McGill wanted to put a band-aid over their own screwed up work and then charge me more money to do it. If that's not bad enought, I would have wound up with something I never wanted. McGill Plumbing SUCKS. Friends Plumbing was awesome. They did the job right, quickly and for a very reasonable price. Jack, of Friends, was also totally cool having a great personality. I appreciate Friends plumbing and they now have a new customer. Want your work done right? Call Friends. Joe was fantastic. Our shower knob broke and Joe came out the same day we called him! He was quick to respond and quick to fix the shower. He was in and out in about an hour. We will be using him for all our future plumbing needs.

Pipes were not cleared. Hired this guy on a referral because he has a video scope on his snake out machine. Spent wasted money and pipes weren't cleared. The new company i hired had 4.7 reviews on google and found flush out pipe cover quickly then snaked out pipes.

Twice the price of Midway Services and less reliable. They invoiced us for 4 workers while 3 of them stood by the truck. Never again will we fall for Batton's tricks.

My dad’s toilets were backing up, needed a new kitchen sink faucet, water was coming up in the showers. He isn’t so handy these days and needs a lot of help with this stuff. I’m definitely not handy either and was very hesitant on calling a company out as I didn’t want them to take advantage of that.
