We contacted Bourgoing Plumbing frantically inquiring about getting a brand new washing machine hook-up (cold water, hot water & drain) after quickly discovering that our brand new HE washing machine just wasn’t going to work with the current hook-ups in our old St. Pete home. Tomily got us on the schedule ASAP and Joseph came out and took a look at everything within 48 hours. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Within the next couple of days, Joseph and Carlos returned to our home to get the job done and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It turned out not to be the easiest of jobs but they got it done quickly, efficiently and with no complaints. Bourgoing Plumbing’s prices are very fair and reasonable and I just could not recommend them more if you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and fair plumber.

I used him in the past and things were good with him coming out. Now I've tried calling and left a message with no response ...nothing. This is so frustrating!

Called Charles Plumbing because a great review from a neighbor. Don came out and arrived the time he said he would be there. I described over the phone the problem. Knew just what needed to be done. Fixed it and charged a very fair price. I will in turn spread the word to friends and neighbors of this family owned business when a good plumber is needed.

Had to call a plumber yesterday because the shower was backing up when flushing the toilet. They were able to schedule me for the next day (today). They gave me a 4 hour window but I got a call from the office when they were on the way. Scott Bowers arrived at my house right on time and was very professional. He cleared the blockage and included a free camera of the line to see what the cause was. Also the cost includes if they have to come back within 30 days.I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again if we have anymore issues and highly recommend them to anyone who has an issue.

James was my plumber. Extremely professional, qualified, and all around a nice guy. I think snaking out my drain was expensive, $185 was a lot. Service was excellent. James was excellent!
