This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Had a hot water line spring a leak. They couldn't make it the same day, but were earlier than scheduled the next day. No nonsense explanation of the repairs and great pricing!!!

I called called this business on October 14th 2022 at 8:07. After explaining to the receptionist my issue that I had with my toilet valve, she politely took my name and phone number and said a tech would call me back. Well it's now October 16th and 11:30 am and to this point I have not been contacted whatsoever. I reside in south st petersburg 1 mile from tropicana field. This is very unprofessional and left me as a potential customer in a bad situation with my plumbing. I'm a 20 year retired decorated military veteran of operation enduring freedom in which she did not know, but that should not matter whatsoever. to have a company provide this lack of respect is totally UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Had an issue with a kinked waterline and when Doug and Loui fixed it, the water was tricking out in my tub. It was late in the day and to late to do anymore work so I ran to get a new cartridge and they arrived the next day very early and fixed it in about an hour. It was clogged with sediment. Very happy with this company and I would let people know they were very fair with the price. Will use them again. Hopefully not to soon!

Had a water backup emergency. In a short amount of time, Ryan diagnosed the issue, went looking for (and found) the buried sewer clean out, worked quickly and efficiently routing that and replacing a busted toilet bowl seal, and was on his way. He explained everything he was doing along the way. Asked for his card because I'll be using him for any future plumbing issues.

Dalton and his team installed a Hydro Rail shower system for us today. Dalton is a very professional, organized and knowledgeable plumber. He completed the job on time and we were charged exactly what he originally quoted. We will call Holder Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. I own a '86 double wide trailor that had 3 leaks in the polyethylene piping it was plumbed with. Scotos Plumbing was recommended to me and I'm glad they were. They were quick to respond with pricing for, and replacing all the water piping witch and I felt the price was quite reasonable for the job. I was so pleased I have already recommended them to a friend.

Called Charles Plumbing because a great review from a neighbor. Don came out and arrived the time he said he would be there. I described over the phone the problem. Knew just what needed to be done. Fixed it and charged a very fair price. I will in turn spread the word to friends and neighbors of this family owned business when a good plumber is needed.
