After two visits with Freddy's and $500 later the main sewer was still taking water slowly. I hired Drain Busters to run a camera down the full length of the line and was told there was a large ball of tree roots. I told Freddy's before he started the cleaning that we have tree roots at '75 feet down. I knew this because the line was scoped in the past for different reasons by the city. Now I have to pay again for the line to be cleared correctly. Also didn't put down a tarp and got sewer juice on the carpet that we had to sanitize ourselves. He did assure me that he cleared the full length of '120 but the camera clearly shows he only went 95'.

Have worked with Rumpca a few times over the past 10+ years with each visit providing quality work in a timely and professional manner. Had to shut off main water source which is very frustrating but thankfully it was for less than 24 hours. Discovered the leak later in evening, called early the next morning and by early afternoon it was fixed and back in business. Many thanks to Rumpca and the one who came out. I have used this company before for different issues. I’m impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge (as I own an older home) and how genuinely nice the technicians have been. Only once did I have a technician who we disagreed about an issue. But in hindsight it wasn’t a big deal. I definitely will use them again and would refer them to my friends for their plumbing needs. They may be a little bit more expensive than other companies, but I’ve been very pleased with their results.

We got fabulous service from Rascher, as always! Jason & Ben were on time & got the work done quickly. They cleaned up & had good communication w/ us. Hot water heater was leaking, and they squeezed us in the next morning! (Even though appointments have been 3 weeks out). We found this great local company (St Paul) when we needed a lift pump fixed, a few years ago. Not many companies handle lift systems.

Very nice people, came out within a few hours of me finding out my air conditioner wasn't working on our first hot day of the spring. Very affordable prices. A pleasure to deal with. He is the new HVAC guy for my business!

Pedro was very thorough and informative about everything he saw and did. He came out on short notice to replace my pump, and was ready to go and replace everything right away.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.

I used Minneapolis & Suburban Sewer & Water to install a new sewer line at my home. They did a fantastic job and were very communicative, friendly and professional. I am very impressed with the results and would highly recommend them!

Great fast service .

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

Worst experience ever. We hired him to install a tub and what he put us through was living hell. Takes short cuts everywhere he can with total disregard to property. Our expensive new tub and surrounds got scratched & chipped. So unprofessional and messy that he literally destroyed our carpet downstairs with concrete mix stained all over it. He dropped his tools onto our vanity and ceramic bathroom floor leaving a big chip on the edge of the vanity top and cracking the floor tile. Talks big like he knows it all but don't believe it for a minute. Shows up late and disappears for hours. We tried to be patient and give him respect but eventually we couldn't take his BS any longer and just told him it's over. Had enough of his games and watching him destroy our house. We paid him anyway just to get him out of our house and our lives. We had to hire a new plumber to come in and redo everything he messed up on. It's unbelievable to me that someone like him is still operating out there. This guy shouldn't be allowed to carry a license or do any kind of business. There's so much more I can say about our nightmare experience. I'll just say STAY AWAY from this scam artist. Don't fall for his fake & cheeky demeanor.
