First experience with this type of home repair and Roto Rooter made it simple. They were able to come to my home same day to clean the main line that was slowly backing up water into my basement. The technician was on-time, polite, and did a good job of talking through what the repair options were. I hope I don't need them anytime soon, but would call again if I did.

AC went out last night, at 300 lbs, thats not a good thing. Decided to google me a repair man, Service Today popped up and I call. Mind you I have used others in the past, unfortunately the last time I called them they didn't show up. Well Service Today not only showed up on time, they showed out. Brent my technician was great! Showed up on time and checked over on my ac unit. Gave me my options for repairing it. I have air conditioning in my house again and am a very satisfied customer.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

BEWARE! BEWARE! Professional scammer! After I have agreed to pay amount he quoted he did half of his work then disappeared. No communication at all, other then an email after I threatened to bring this issue up with dept of labor. We attempted to communicate so many time and no response. Essentially all he is looking for is big chunk of money for easy work then walk away without completing it. Do your search on this contractor well. He has been fined, crappy reviews and complaints against him on BBB. I am proceeding with court option! This is unacceptable! People like this should never be in business.
