The service was excellent and the charge was reasonable.

Use Roto router to fix a clogged toilet. They came out quickly on a Saturday spent five minutes explaining to me the options that they might need to pursue to fix the problem. Tried the first and cheapest option which worked as it does he said most of the time. Whole process took about half an hour and they were done the price was reasonable for a Saturday morning plumbing call.

Was recommended by our realtors Scott and Todd Smith. Very up front and honest about pricing. Made sure to check if we could replace a part before replacing the entire hot water heater. Luckily it was just a new part. Saved us a lot of headache and money in the long run.

Had a very good experience with Mark from Rascher Plumbing. Very fair pricing, cheaper than quotes I got from the big name companies. Honest company, I recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I have never felt so swindled. I just wanted a garbage disposal replaced. I had already bought the new one. When the tech got to my house, he looked at it for about 30 seconds and quoted me $800. I balked at the price and he proceeded to tell me what made the job so difficult and time-consuming, hence the high price. In less than an hour, he had the new unit fully installed. Certainly didn't seem difficult or time-consuming to me. But he already had me on the hook for $800. With no parts listed on the invoice because I bought the new disposal myself, they literally charged me almost $1,000 an hour.The work was done well, so I gave them 2 stars instead of one, but 1 star feels justified too ..

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

He answered and said he'd get to me soon. I told him there was no hurry but he came as promised the next day right on time. He quickly dismantled and removed the old heater and professionally installed the new quality appliance.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). They have worked on several of our plumbing repairs in our old house (everything is just a little weirder to fix here, it seems) over the last two years and have always had great service.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

Rescue Sewer and Drain did a fantastic job. They are reasonably priced and I highly recommend them! Ramon installed a new bathroom faucet. He was responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and left no mess behind.

After getting bids from two other well-known reputable companies, I decided I wanted the work done by Champion Plumbing. Matt G installed a water heater for me. His work was expertly done in a timely manner. He didn’t mind me watching him and answering my questions. He offered a lot of great advice and other tips….Just an overall great guy! Dan Simmer did such a great job replacing the drain pipe for my bathroom. He took the time to explain everything to me and always asked if I had additional questions. Reasonably priced, professional and left things clean. I highly recommend Cities 1 and will definitely use them for future projects.
