Super nice guy! I called him regarding some work and have gave me good advice over the phone like a friend would.

Our (very old) hot water heater started leaking suddenly. Rumpca was responsive, straight forward and efficient. Within 48 hours we had a new water heater installed. We are so appreciative as a family of 7. Friends got a quote for a 40 gallon replacement from a different company and paid the same as us while we upgraded to a 75 gallon! Great experience and would definitely recommend.

My main drain had been backing up periodically when I had water being was drained from the laundry and dishwasher at the same time. Roto-Rooter figured out where the obstruction was and cleaned the drain of a large amount of tree roots. They then used a video camera to show me the current condition of the pipe. They will soon be lining the 70 year old clay pipe with an inflatable epoxy tube that will prevent more of the clay pieces to fall into the interior of the drain pipe.

Rusty and his team is very professional, attention to detail and always clean there jobsite well.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

Chris from Apollo did a great job in taking care of an emergency furnace and air conditioner problem we suddenly had one very hot day. Turns out our furnace blower motor failed and because of that we had no air conditioning and not even any air movement because of the faulty blower motor. Chris was able to get us a new motor and fix everything the next day at a very busy time for Apollo. We very much appreciate his understanding that we were in real need of a functioning air conditioner.

My experience with John was outstanding, he came on time and jumped right onto the problem. Throughout the job he was very informative and gave us a good laugh, while giving us a chance to oversee his work. In need of a new water heater and called Mike Justen as recommended.
He answered and said he'd get to me soon. I told him there was no hurry but he came as promised the next day right on time. He quickly dismantled and removed the old heater and professionally installed the new quality appliance.

We realized our water heater was leaking and Jake came out to replace our water heater the next day. He arrived within the half hour window as promised and was very professional! Jake even took the time to show me how the water heater worked and how to change the temperature settings. Would use Jake again! Highly recommended.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

Responded promptly and was at our place within an hour to fix our garbage disposal leak. Very professional, explained the issue and offered a workable solution. Was able to complete the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend the service!

They arrived almost an hour late without an apology. A courtesy phone call would have been appreciated. They then sent us a bill $200 over the quote, totaling almost $800, for less than an hour of work for a simple task with minimal parts. When we called to question the bill they could not justify the increased cost and also claimed they had no way of itemizing the charge. The bill just states labor and materials with a round number. They did allow the original quote, but still VERY questionable business practices. It's clear they will take advantage of customers if you aren't careful. Would not recommend.

My tub handle broke off at the valve and the tub could not be turned off, this meant it was time to turn off the main water line :( well, that did not fully work and water was still running. then, the darn handle broke completely off my main water line meaning no way to turn my water on or off and water stuck on.

We called and Roman was literally at the house in like 30 minutes. Sadly, we had to have the city shut off water and a few extra unexpected repairs. However, we will come out ahead and have a better setup from here on out so that is a huge win.

Roman is very professional, upfront, and honest about the prices discussed. Everything showed us along the way what was going on we could make an informed decision. Super easy-going and straight forward with communication and options. He will be coming back next week to help us with the rest of the repair. We are so grateful that the water is no longer ready. I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!
