You definitely get what you pay for. We've had 4 clogged lines in the last 2 years, the other plumbers hadn't ever found the main line stack access, they were just snaking from the kitchen or bathroom drain and hoping it would clear.We found we had a mainline clog at 10pm on a Sunday night because most of a washing machine worth of water backed up the floor drain. Called around for someone who was available, no one could get out yet that night, but I was able to schedule an appointment online for an 8am window the next morning, online confirmation and a text message. Got a text before the service window I'd selected to confirm we still needed help, then a text from the plumber with an ETA.Gabe was friendly as well as very knowledgeable, knew what he was looking for and guided questions to find the stack clean out which was well hidden, and had figured out enough of our plumbing structure to know where we should look. He got down to business and had the drain cleared in around 30 minutes, and is the first of 4 drain cleaning companies to actually pull a clog out of the line, rather than just pressuring the line until the drain cleared.Certainly not a $99 special, (we paid $430 for the main line cleaning), but worth the money to have peace of mind that the issue was actually solved, rather than just clearing the symptoms.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

John is a true professional with a friendly, easygoing attitude and he is highly skilled at explaining what is going on every step of the way. He came out within a half an hour on a Saturday to assist us with a main line clog. He quickly assessed and resolved the issue and gave us good advice about what to look out for in the future. I called in the late afternoon with an emergency kitchen sink clog. Adam on the phone was very informative and he was able to contact Ngu right away and send him our way within an hour. Ngu arrived, got straight to work and unclogged the kitchen sink quickly, then checked our laundry room drain which requires more equipment and more time but only charged me for the first job. Great service in all departments, quick and affordable. Will definitely use them again.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do).
