Blaylock Plumbing was suggested to us by D.C. Annis. Blaylock did a great job of fixing our broken sewer line. They kept us up to date on the progress and didn't suggest any unnecessary work to be done. Gave us suggestions on what needed to be fixed and let us make the decision without any pressure. Very pleased with everything.

The ROTO-ROOTER TEAM saved the day! Spence hardy, who I dealt with came through in the clutch! Originally, I went with a different company. The day the work was to be completed they were going to charge an additional 4500! I called Spence Hardy up to see if they could do it- I was in a bind 2 days before closing on a house I was selling- and he was able to get in the work on less than 24 hour notice. The guys who completed the work were awesome, as well. Even in a bind, the quote didn’t change! I would definitely recommend contacting Spence hardy with roto rooter if you need help and you’re in the twin cities!

We contacted this company because our furnace went out later in the evening in January at the start of a Minnesota winter. Not sure who we originally talked to on the phone but she was very professional, helpful, and asked a lot of questions to better access the problem with our furnace. Jake S. did an amazing job and was upfront about all costs and problems he detected. He was very informative and explained the issues with our furnace thoroughly and without being pushy so we could make an informed decision of what we wanted to do. Great company! Would highly recommend!

We had a pipe leak over the weekend. approx $200 just to come out and diagnose problem (fair). It was a pinhole leak that was present for over a day so the leak looked worse than it was. Standard copper pipe, 10 feet of replacement with standard fittings, 100% visible/ accessible. service was fine but he charged 1600 dollars! Didn't tell me how much more the service would be until after he performed the repair and tried to tell me he was giving me a discount. I felt compelled to pay because we were in a bind but I think this situation should be visible to other potential customers so they can make up their own minds about ethics and pricing.

So Full Disclosure: I work plant maintence for a Forbes 500 company, some of my duties require Minor HVAC Repair, I'm familar with it. However parts are hard to come by especially for certified goodman parts. So I call this company for what should be a simple issue, a flame sensor. Service was same day, prompt, technician was professional and clean. However, the pricing not so much. I was offered two options cleaning the sensor and installing. How much does that cost. 220 and 440 respectively. Mind you, I'm already on the hook for the call and diagnosis about 100. But cleaning an additional 100? You can do that with the proper abrasive listed in the manual. But more egregiously the installation an additional 300? For an OEM that costs 15 dollars from our suppliers?This is interesting given how heating is an essential service under state law, I have to provide as a live in landlord. Even more interesting given how the current Attorney General is very adamant about tackling price gouging of essential services in the wake of COVID-19. Imagine if my tenant was elderly or disabled. Imagine if I was elderly or disabled. Would this be acceptable to you? Now imagine offering a 10% discount on a subscription service that you're pressured to take because you're seeking relief from a very inflated profit margin. (Which can be as high as 30% in many cases.) You need heat after all, right.Again, you don't have to like me or what I do but ask yourself, What if this was someone who was paycheck to paycheck, or was on SSI?

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Fixed a leak caused by the tub in quick order and for a reasonable price. Called them on Sunday and they were there 9am Monday morning getting to work.

They helped us out with a bathroom remodel project and I was impressed every single step of the way. I will never call another plumber -- I'm now a loyal customer and can't recommend these guys enough!

Jerry made our day. He cares about his customers, very knowledgeable, and a witty character. I gained a lot of knowledge as first time septic owner and had great conversation as a bonus. Highly recommend for septic pumping!

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

Took three days for him to put in a utility sink. Then had to call him back twice because one of the pipes he put in leaked. Charges by the minute and spent 20+ minutes trying to sell us on a specific faucet. He is not worth the hassle. Also, plumbers crack showed the whole time.
