We have used Rumpca Services twice to fix two separate issues this year. Both issues we received same day service and corrections to the issues. First issue was with the furnace, second issue was with a kitchen sink backing up. Friendly, professional service and incredibly timely! Highly recommend.

We called Roto-Rooter to open the kitchen drain which was completely plugged. Adam #3156 arrived shortly after our call and got the drain open within a short time.He was very friendly, professional and efficient. Thanks for the great job and the speedy response to our call. Very much appreciated!

The guys came in and were very courteous. They seemed to explain things pretty well. I guess they didn't really tune much since our system was working relatively well. Then they checked everything else and suggested other services they could do. Seemed a little odd that nothing was actually tuned in the tune up, but I guess that's how things go (we're new homeowners)

I had a major emergency with my kitchen sink. Pedro was very professional and informative about what was wrong with the the plumbing. He got my sink working again within an hour.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

Fixed a leak caused by the tub in quick order and for a reasonable price. Called them on Sunday and they were there 9am Monday morning getting to work.

Our sewer tanks got pumped and it was a quick and easy process. The service guy who came was friendly and cracked silly jokes. :) Will use again!

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

I had a positive experience. I was able to get a same-day appointment for a tub spout leak. Nick came and found 2 additional leaks and fixed all 3. He also took the time to explain to me what he was doing so I learned a little bit about plumbing too. Reasonable pricing and thorough work. I’ll definitely call again when I need plumbing help.

Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

BEWARE! BEWARE! Professional scammer! After I have agreed to pay amount he quoted he did half of his work then disappeared. No communication at all, other then an email after I threatened to bring this issue up with dept of labor. We attempted to communicate so many time and no response. Essentially all he is looking for is big chunk of money for easy work then walk away without completing it. Do your search on this contractor well. He has been fined, crappy reviews and complaints against him on BBB. I am proceeding with court option! This is unacceptable! People like this should never be in business.
