New 50 gallon Electric Water Heater installed! The two technicians installed it in one hour! It was lowest cost I was quoted. Tech explained how to maintain water heater. I would have given 5 stars but the techs left some sludge on concrete floor and some water got on 2x4.

Great customer service from the start. Plumber called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, was polite, professional and relatable. He took time to explain what was going on with out being condescending and/or trying to sell me on things I don't need. He cleaned up after himself and was out the door in an expedient manner.

Dan Blaylock and company are amazing. We initially called Roto Rooter, and they came out, were unable to find the drain out, pulled apart my toilet, did a little work, and charged us ~$400. Then proceeded to come out and 'run a camera', telling us that they HAD to perform $7500 worth of work to rip out the pipes in my yard (tearing up our yard) and put new pipes in. Additionally, the $7500 would not cover the price to repair the yard.

Uncomfortable with that, we got a couple others to come out and give us a second and third opinion. Dan came out, found the drain out within a minute in the house, said that his team was more focused on the pipe work rather than cleaning them out. He quoted about half of what Roto Rooter said, but he also hooked me up with the right people for the job. They came out and did an incredible job.

To have someone that is willing to put in the time with someone, without the sole focus of taking money is A. Amazing, and B. Certainly earned my trust for future work. This is how business should be done, focusing on long term relationships built around trust.

We bought a house and woke up to a backed up drain in the basement. Rotorooter came within a few hours of us calling for help. They called when they were on their way. Josh and John were very courteous and professional and seemed very knowledgeable. They put me at ease right away and fixed our problem quickly. Jason from Rascher came to fix a seal leak and was incredibly efficient and very nice. He took the time to explain the details to me and fixed a few things I hadn't known about. Highly recommend Rascher and I will be using them again to install a water softener soon and any other plumbing/heating issues that come up with my new home!

Repaired my shower valve that had snapped off at the stem. With patience and persistence, Tim removed the old valve from the shower and replaced it with a new one. David suggested I replace my secondary shut off valve down in the basement. I could tell he had my best interest in mind and agreed to have the handle replaced. This business is family owned and these guys are top notch.

The plumber was professional efficient and got the job done in no time. I chose Paul the plumber due to his professed Christian faith, which I share. It's great to see a company sharing Jesus with everyone they impact through their work. The work done was affordable.
