For the past many years we have used Rumpca Services when we needed a new furnace, new A/C, and water heater. Each time they took the time to explain why the unit needed replacing and based on our usage, recommended a unit to replace the old one. When the water heater was replaced the technician brought the piping up to code. They are very prompt and courteous. We have been very satisfied with their work.

I agreed to pay the second tier urgency, which meant that somebody would come out in the next day., Maybe even that afternoon. The original window they gave me was noon to 6 PM. I stayed home that afternoon, and finally got a text around to saying that now it would be the next day between 10 AM and 6 PM. 3:15 PM the next day the electrician calls and says he probably can’t get out for a half hour and then it’s gonna be a 90 minute appointment, so he should maybe come out on Monday.I also told the dispatcher the details that this was a hook up that involve the original hot tub and then there in the wiring and everything was there, but that he was going to need the PVC for inside the hot tub. When the electrician finally gets here, he quoted me $4000 because he’s going to have to run new trenches and everything. I pointed out the wire sticking up 1 inch from the hot tub through a PVC out of the deck. When he starts talking about how he’s going to have to disconnect within 25 feet of a house so I point out the disconnect that’s already on the outside of the house within 25 feet of a hot tub .I also told the dispatcher that our hot tub was hooked up to a load management meter with a Minnesota Valley electric. The electrician didn’t know anything about that, and just said he’d been those wires back and leave them in the conduit so somebody could pull them out later. All of this was obviously new to him.The thing that really got me, is after he comes back with a bid of almost $900, he insists on payment in full, even though he’s gonna have to go back to the office and come out on Monday to get the proper equipment he needs to do the installation wiring.What are the last draws, was that he tried to upsell me a $400-$1200 home her service check and wanted to replace our whole panel.

Don't let the cost of Pedro's initial visit (to give you an estimate) scare you! At first, I have to admit, I was a bit put off by having to pay for an estimate but Pedro deserved every penny!!
He was the only plumber who was honest with me from the start!
He told me how difficult the project was going to be right from the beginning. He was dealing with an obsessive compulsive person who wanted her sink exactly in the middle of the wall in her bathroom.
While he said he would not be able to center the sink exactly where I wanted it, by the end of the project, he centered it right where I wanted it!!!
He worked very very hard to make sure I was pleased with every detail. He put up with my yappy little dogs and even my snoopy mother who was present for two of the three days he worked.
He had to saw through inches and inches of concrete to correctly tap off plumbing errors made during my homes construction. He also cleaned up a gnarly mess of copper piping and streamlined it perfectly!
My bathroom project has had me in tears more than once but Pedro performed a wonderful and very very thorough job. I will never hire anyone else for any future plumbing needs. Pedro the Plumber is the BEST!!!

Casey was fabulous. He gave us two options and was extremely patient while we discussed it as a family. Did an exceptional job. Cleaned up when he was done. Was accurate on how long the job would take. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

Needed help with water softener that had water pouring out of it. Paul was nice enough to offer a suggestion for us to fix it ourselves so we wouldn't be charged for a service call. This did not work though, so called back and he had someone out to take care of us within about 1 1/2 hours. I called a different plumber first and 6 hours later have still not received a call back from that person. Will definitely use Paul the Plumber again...

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!
