Called & was prompted to send a text on a closed holiday. Someone responded to my text within 5 mn and they said they could have a plumber out the next morning for a leak. The plumber arrived first thing and was courteous quick and efficient. Pricing was industry standard in our opinion. This was our first time using them for plumbing services. we had used them for hvac in previous years so we were familiar with the local company. We will definitely be contacting them for any future needs.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Had Master Plumbing Services replace my hot water heater. Though they came to me through a Home Warranty referral, I could not be more impressed with the whole crew, from Denise in the Office to both technicians who first diagnosed the issues (and help limp along the failing unit until the new one was ordered and delivered) and then installed the new unit. Keep this name and number handy for your plumbing needs.

My husband and I needed to shorten our gas line to our range. Tim from Blaylock came out to shorten it. He was very professional and polite as well as hustled to finish the job within 1 hour to keep our cost down.

Jason from Rascher came to fix a seal leak and was incredibly efficient and very nice. He took the time to explain the details to me and fixed a few things I hadn't known about. Highly recommend Rascher and I will be using them again to install a water softener soon and any other plumbing/heating issues that come up with my new home!

Do It Right gave me an ultimatum and provided a threat (conversation was recorded) based on whether I'd use them or not even BEFORE I received their quote. Had another certified plumber come out and Do It RIght's quote was nearly 3X(!) the second quote received. He also requested PRE-payment for the materials he would need to buy to do the job. Never heard of such a thing for ANY home service. So unprofessional.

Very good experience. Got a quote for a water heater but it was higher than other quotes but that didn’t stop Nate from going extra mile. Called his boss and got me a better price! Nate Mix went distance to help me out. I’m very satisfied.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

It was after hours and my toilet tank was leaking....water all over the floor! Paul came over and quickly fixed the problem. Very professional and his rate were very reasonable. I definitely recommend his services!

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.
