I had water backing up in the basement due to a main drain clog. Gave Roto-Rooter a call and they had someone at my house within a couple hours and the drain was unclogged shortly after that. The process was quick and smooth and the plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. This isn't the first time I've had to call Roto-Rooter and every experience has been positive. Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.
