After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

My home is a 1950's ranch style house which can be a bit challenging for plumbing.

Blaylock know's the best and most efficient way to get the job done. They are very easy to work with if you are remodeling like I was.

Within 3 hrs the work was complete and we had the needed components to complete the sink and tub (once installed.)

I would highly recommend them.

Tips: Leaving a message sometimes doesn't do the trick, best off stopping by their office or talking directly over the phone.
Their residential plumbers get quite busy so if you are remodeling, talk to them ahead of time.

I had a sink that has leaked for the last 10 years. I have had 3 different handy men fix it because I always thought a plumber was too expensive. Well the sink ended up leaking thru the floor and my kitchen ceiling over time, not to mention numerous clogs. I finally decided to call a plumber and have the problem fixed once and for all. A friend recommended them, she said, They aren't cheap but they are very good. They were able to fit me in within three days of my calling. Chris came and was very easy to work with, he clearly laid out my options and what he considered the best choice was. He did the work efficiently and now my sink is no longer a jerry rigged mess but done right and I have full confidence that my problems are over. It wasn't cheap but I have the peace of mind that it was done right and it was cheaper than 3 handy men and a kitchen ceiling repair. He also advised me on how to keep my furnace in good working order without a lot of hooha. I appreciated his common sense approach. I will recommend them to all of my friends. I am very happy.

David was great At explaining what was needed. I have no doubt their work is professional and quality. My home needs more than I anticipated and the price was much more than I expected. I will have to save up more money and do things a bit by bit.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

Jerry made our day. He cares about his customers, very knowledgeable, and a witty character. I gained a lot of knowledge as first time septic owner and had great conversation as a bonus. Highly recommend for septic pumping!

I had floor drain issues, after many failed attempts with other plumbing companies (big companies with hundreds of 4.5 star reviews). I decided to call Paul the Plumber on a whim and very glad that I did! It was middle of the day already when I called and they were totally booked for the day. Paul was still very accommodating though, he said he would do his best to send someone out, which he did. Turns out it was a cracked pipe under basement slab, they were able to come back 2 days later to do the repair (they estimated a week). Not only were they able to fix the cracked pipe, Paul’s and his staff were willing and opened to giving advice on how to repair certain things unrelated to service job. Very reasonable prices compared to other companies and very dedicated to their customers. Would totally recommend them to our friends and family! Great customer service and trustworthiness, which is hard to find nowadays.All these big companies with their huge marketing ads on availability but when they actually send people out to your house, they don’t have a clue what’s going on. Paul and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They know their stuff and even though you have to schedule for service, I’d rather do that than call those big plumbing companies.

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.
