He helped us get up to speed on everything our house needed, and got our plumbing system in tip top shape. Absolutely would reccomend to a friend and would know they're in good hands.

The guy's did fantastic install of the new furnace and a/c unit and also had extra work done, new heat run and exhaust for the range hood . The furnace works way better I should have upgrade them years ago . Rumpca put that unit in a least 28 years ago . I can't wait till the summer months to see how the new a.c. work's and hopefully low my energy use. The guy's cleaned up the job area's great also .Thanks Randy Diamond

We called them for a bathroom ceiling fan repair. We paid $59 for the the three hour service call window. The worker from Boy's gave an outrageous quote compared to others. We had to take a 1/2 day off work for this non sense, their quote was 3x higher than anyone else. I would never recommend unless you want to be their next sucker.We called them because they could do the work sooner than others. Now we know why.

Pedro arrived on time and was very professional. He took his time to explain the job so I was comfortable with what needed to be done. I thought I could just repair my leaking bathroom faucet but after talking with Pedro I realized that my faucet needed to be updated and it would look so much better. I was charged $69 trip + $133 labor for 15 min of work. I accidentally left a sticker cover on my furnace filter when I installed it. It caused my furnace to shut down. The technician from McQuillan Bros. Removed the sticker and performed nothing else on my furnace (his words). I was then charged $203.Where is the integrity of cost vs service value? If I don’t receive a call from them to discuss and resolve my frustration in this situation I will never do business with them again.

Tony is exceptionally professional and kind. He went out of his way to assist us in putting in a new sewer line, coming back and checking on it. He is beyond compare and made the process of having our sewer line replaced painless. I cannot recommend tony and his crew enough!

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Fixed a leak caused by the tub in quick order and for a reasonable price. Called them on Sunday and they were there 9am Monday morning getting to work.

We have had such positive experiences with Dave and his sons. Their communication is amazing, the work is quality, and the price is right! You never feel like you're being taken advantage of. We are moving from the area and will miss having such a quality company for our plumbing needs!

Absolutely disappointing and unreliable company. I work with a management company and was referred to Twin City Rooter for an emergency shower repair. Not only did the receptionist fail to return calls 2 different days, but 'Doug' was a no show for the scheduled date and time. After calling the main line and Doug's cell, I never got a response, a call back or rescheduled appointment. Completely unprofessional and I will not be referring them out to other properties.

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

Took three days for him to put in a utility sink. Then had to call him back twice because one of the pipes he put in leaked. Charges by the minute and spent 20+ minutes trying to sell us on a specific faucet. He is not worth the hassle. Also, plumbers crack showed the whole time.
