After two visits with Freddy's and $500 later the main sewer was still taking water slowly. I hired Drain Busters to run a camera down the full length of the line and was told there was a large ball of tree roots. I told Freddy's before he started the cleaning that we have tree roots at '75 feet down. I knew this because the line was scoped in the past for different reasons by the city. Now I have to pay again for the line to be cleared correctly. Also didn't put down a tarp and got sewer juice on the carpet that we had to sanitize ourselves. He did assure me that he cleared the full length of '120 but the camera clearly shows he only went 95'.

Let me tell you how much I appreciated the service I received from this professional and friendly company. I've had a terrible smell in my condo for about 4 months but I was only home two days a week so I could handle it with Lysol spray.
When my work schedule changed so did my need for help. I called another local company but they were no help actually making me feel silly for calling them.
I contacted Rumpca on line. They called me and came out the very next day. They planned an attack on my venting which required going into my attic in the early morning hours do as to beat the heat. They fixed the problem efficiently. And I was overjoyed to have the wretched smell gone!

Blaylock saved me a bunch of money on the repair i needed done. All people who i interacted with to get the service done were very down to earth. And when the plumber arrived, he didnt wast anytime getting to work. They are hourly rated, so it was very much appreciated! Would definitely recommend and plan on using them for any future needs.

Our main line was clogged and been flooding our laundry every time we did a load of laundry. I called thinking I would get a recording because I figured they would be closed. I got an actual person that helped schedule a man to come and fix it that night. The worker Jim arrived with in less than a hour of us calling and he was able to fix it that night. He explained everything in a clear and thoughtful manner. He even mentioned a few other concerns that were important for us to watch. He understood that we wouldn't be able to financially be able to fix all the issues but helped us with our biggest problem, which was the main line. He worked well into the night to get our main line clear so we could function normally tomorrow. He even made sure to use discounts where we could on our service. I was very impressed with the efficiency and quick manner Root Rooter was able to come and help fix our problem. And I didn't even have to take a day off from work to wait for them to come! Technician was pleasant, arrived before scheduled time (after confirming that was ok) completed work, explained everything, was very thorough and considerate of my time and home. This is the second time I’ve used Service Today and they’re fantastic! I highly recommend them!

Called for a leaking toilet and Pedro was able to come out the same day and repair. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, discussed the repair and provided me with a quote for the work. After I agreed to the repair, Pedro completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time and left the bathroom as clean as when he arrived. My only issue was it seemed expensive, but to be honest I'm not sure what plumbing costs these days. In addition, I got an experienced plumber to come out the same day and fix my problem. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

****UPDATE****I called MacQuillan Bros. because the AC they installed last September was not able to get down to temperature on the last few hot days and a little water was pooling at the furnace. They came out in one day, the fix was covered under warranty, and Frederick was professional and got the job done efficiently. Since the unit was put in on a cooler day, it did not have enough refrigerant to cool down the house properly. If it gets low again, I was promised they would come out, run dye through it, and determine where is is leaking and fix it.I had McQuillan Bros install a new A/C unit on the roof of my brother's condo and then install a water heater to replace the one vintage 1996. Shaun was present at both installs and was the lead on both, and I can't tell you enough how outstanding he is as a technician and a person. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

Fixed a leak caused by the tub in quick order and for a reasonable price. Called them on Sunday and they were there 9am Monday morning getting to work.

Great fast service .

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

Greg came out and took care of my broken handle on my toilet and put on a new toilet seat. Very professional and pleasant to talk to! I highly recommend!!
