I am pleased with this company. They charge 59.00 for the service call and 112.00 an hour for labor. The were on time and worked quickly to solve the problem. They were very upfront on their pricing and did not pull the I can't tell you how much it will be till our worker comes out and charges you a service call fee and you are hooked in game. I HATE companies that pull that sneaky game.

Our plumber was very hospital and friendly. The cleanup and repair to our pipes was faster then I thought and I learned a few things. Was professional and felt I was in good hands the while time.

Admittedly did not have them out so, this review is not about their work, which I am sure is great. Issue was the 89.99 to look at the project I could clearly describe (moving a drain up in the wall 6 inches) I wasn't looking for finite numbers but he was short and dismissive, hence the review.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Jefferson was timely, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and skilled. It was a pleasure to have him in my home doing his work.

Hands down the most easy inspection scheduling process ever. They are quick to respond, flexible, and have the nicest technicians that don't seem annoyed at questions. I've dealt with RTSR from both sides, as a seller and buyer, and they have been phenomenal in advising me in each situation. Prices are reasonable and you will have access to the inspection video to send to other companies if RTSR is unable to do a repair or cleaning for any reason. Money well spent for more than just peace of mind!

Highly recommend Gray Duck Plumbing! When setting up my appointment they were punctual and organized. When Dan came in to fix my tub spout he explained what he was doing, why, what my options were for repairs, and was very professional, honest, and kind. As a new homeowner it was incredibly informative and helpful! And the fact that it's local, female, and queer owned is a huge huge bonus! One of my cats was also completely smitten with Dan, so that's a good sign.

John is a true professional with a friendly, easygoing attitude and he is highly skilled at explaining what is going on every step of the way. He came out within a half an hour on a Saturday to assist us with a main line clog. He quickly assessed and resolved the issue and gave us good advice about what to look out for in the future. Justen Plumbing does great work. Mike is a honest hard working family man who’s your local neighborhood plumber. He’s a one man show so be patient about him returning calls when he’s busy. But his work as a master plumber is top notch and has honest pricing about his quality work.

Justen plumbing helped install a brand new water Softener for my house after my old original Kinetico one died. I’ve had nothing but soft crystal clean water since. Eric is the best of all plumbers I’ve ever used. He’s professional knowledgeable wise friendly and gives the best service. He deserves a big promotion and the company deserves a big shout!

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.
