Rumpca replaced a toilet flange and U-joint feeding into the main stack pipe of my 75-year-home and re-seated and re-sealed the toilet. The technician was available an hour earlier than originally estimated: he was friendly and efficient and really seemed to take pride in his work, accounting for updates in part and pipe specs between 1947 and 2022. He completed the work for Rumpca’s reasonable estimated cost (and Rumpca initially provided the estimate for free as well!); he left the work area cleaner than it was before he arrived; and Rumpca was flexible when it came to payment options. Our household has used Rumpca Services for decades: over the years, I’ve priced around for this project and others, and Rumpca is where I’ve ended up. It’s reassuring to have a trustworthy, reliable plumbing/HVAC company so nearby!

The guy didn't check his work, so I need to call another plumber to do the job. They are very expensive - $200 for a 10 min job, and he didn't even check to see if it was working. The owner and the plumber were rude and very impatient. They don't guarantee their work. Call someone else to get the job done right at an affordable price. Not sure how they stay in business since their focus is on commercial work.

The technician was knowledgeable, professional, had the right equipment, gave a good explanation, and sold in a timely fashion.

I am very happy with the solution Nick from Abbott Ferraro came up with. We needed to heat and cool our second story and it was not feasible to extend our current HVAC system up there. We went with a Fujitsu Mini-Split system. It is very impressive and keeps the whole space comfortable. I could not be happier! His team did a great job and they were very respectful of my property. Highly recommended!

Like they need another great review but here it is...Shout out to Air Tech and Tyler the installation technician! Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Tyler has gone above and beyond to make sure we are pleased with our new furnace. Air Tech's customer guarantee and warranty can't be matched. The repair technician and sales consultant were also very genuine, knowledge and great to work with!!

Pedro was very professional, friendly, and great at explaining what the job entailed. Cleaned up the area well. Only reason not a 5 was that the job seemed expensive for the amount of time it took and parts used. Still would recommend them.

Isaac, the technician, was professional and explained the steps he would take to determine if my Amtrol tank would be covered under warranty since it’s installation Fall of 2015.It is covered and I will pay for labor. Hope all goes well with installation of replacement tomorrow. I’m very pleased that McQuillan Bros.uses quality products that have a warranty if any issues surface.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Fixed a leak caused by the tub in quick order and for a reasonable price. Called them on Sunday and they were there 9am Monday morning getting to work.

I had originally given Dan's Plumbing and Septic a 5 star review. But, after speaking with several other septic pumping companies I realized that Dan's people do shoddy work. The other companies told me that what I had done was incorrect and not up to standards. When I spoke with the owner regarding my concerns he became defensive and aggressive. The work was not done correctly. The owner offered to come back out but we were expected to pay for that visit. I am disappointed and will not be using Dan's Plumbing and Septic again.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

I had water from my upstairs shower leaking through the ceiling of my kitchen. I called and was able to have a person come to my house within 4 hours of my original call. They did an amazing job and were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the leak and provided me with some great advice on regular maintenance. Anyone looking for plumbing/HVAC needs to use MSP plumbing!

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

Called for their service to get help with updating a valve and to help install a new dishwasher. They did a great job. Will be calling them for all things plumbing related.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.
