Best Schedule Service in Saint Paul MN

As of December 2019 Aabbott Ferraro is out of business. I think they went under sometime early in 2019, but not sure. Their phone number rolls over to another heating business with very poor reviews. Not sure why their website is still up when from everything I can find they don't exist anymore. Sad because they were good.

Update 7/10/2023: After MSP came out to fix our AC unit we found that the unit used a refrigerant no longer used and was 25 years old and, once needing a recharge, would be no longer usable.MSP gave us great options to maximize rebates and get the best unit for our home and budget. Andy was out to do the install with another technician and an electrician. They were friendly, courteous and capable. They did a great job, let us know what was done, answered all our questions and gave us yet another all around great experience.We for sure will be using MSP again, especially in a few years when we are ready to do the furnace as well.Extra special shout out to Andy, beyond being just a great guy there was some miscommunication where the rep I spoke with on the phone confirmed we could pay by check or card but Andy's notes said check. Not having one as we were expecting to pay by card, Andy was able to make the call to process the card transaction for us based on our conversation with Jeff.We cannot recommend MSP enough and will certainly be singing their praises to everyone we can!-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Original Review: MSP has been there for us when desperately needed, once when our furnace stored working in the middle of January and again now when our AC suddenly stopped. They got out quickly, identified the issue, answered all our questions and gave us great options for how to proceed.Joe Koch, the technician who came out, was very friendly, personable and polite. Love this company. They are so nice - from the person who books appointments to the plumbers who show up (in my case both times I had issues) the day I called, on time and in a great mood. Diagnosed and fixed both of my separate issues right away. Didn't waste time, good knowledge, followup and prices. I would definitely recommend over and over again. They are the best I have used in the Twin Cities. Oh and very COVID conscious too. AWESOME company.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

After getting bids from two other well-known reputable companies, I decided I wanted the work done by Champion Plumbing. Matt G installed a water heater for me. His work was expertly done in a timely manner. He didn’t mind me watching him and answering my questions. He offered a lot of great advice and other tips….Just an overall great guy! Have used AJ Alberts Plumbing for years, mostly for small issues/projects. Their staff is extremely professional and service oriented. Communication from setting up the appointment to the project being completed is great. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have.

I hired Lake State Plumbing to repair all the plumbing in a new to me house. Busted pipes, leaks behind walls, in ceilings, etc. did not stop or slow them down. They installed a free standing tub, Roman faucet, 2 regular toilets, 3 wall hung toilets, 2 tubs, pot filler in the kitchen, fridge water line, replaced all the fixtures, faucets, trims, etc. These guys know their plumbing codes and dare I say are not afraid of anything. I had them out three times to do all the work and I would not hesitate to hire them again on time and materials. They move with incredibly accurate speed and do not mess around. Highly recommended company!

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
