I have used Rumpca's since moving into my house about 15 years ago. They do my annual furance check-up and any plumbing services that I might need. They have always been friendly, polite and efficient. So when it came time to replace my furnace, A/C and water heater, I called on them. Jeff, the estimator, explained the options available to me and pointed out that my Xcel rebates on the furnace and A/C would pay for my water heater. Yippee!!!! On the day of the install, the crew (whose names I unfortunately don't have) arrived on time, put down their floor protection mats and went to work. They were so quiet that I almost forgot they were here. They finished slightly ahead of schedule, showed me what they had done and reminded me that I needed to buy a different size of filter for this furnace. Jeff came by to answer any questions, fill out the rebate forms and pick up my check. Easy peasy. I continue to be impressed by your employees' politeness and efficiency. I will (and have) recommend you to anyone in the area who needs plumbing or heating services.

I noticed some water backing up in my basement floor drain after my laundry machine drained, and called Roto-Rooter. They were able to send out a professional right away and they were able to clear out my main drain out to the street quickly. Very profession and knowledgeable, will call them again!

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

I needed the septic pumped but also knew I needed to find the big cover. Jerry explained how to find it and where to dig. I was successful. When he came to pump the lid was impossible to remove, it was going to take a lot of work and muscle. He called in his son and they teamed up for success. Once removed he cleaned everything and we put on a new cover. He inspected the entire tank and replaced one decayed baffle. I asked a lot of questions and he was more than happy to answer and explain everything. In the past I have used other companies but never got the service that Jerry provided. The other companies used a short cut of pumping thru a vent pipe. This was a very bad idea as the tank was never completely cleaned. Thanks to Jerry, I have a clean functioning septic system that will continue to provide us service for the future.

I can't recommend Erik Nelson's plumbers enough. I've now worked with them twice on semi-emergencies: one a frozen pipe last winter and more recently a badly leaking tub drain. Both times they went out of their way to make room in their booked up schedule for next-day fixes. The communication around scheduling via text was excellent and incredibly convenient. The plumbers were friendly, informative, and professional (bonus points for loving my dog). They resolved the issues promptly on both occasions. I won't hesitate to call them again next time I need plumbing work done.

I've been shopping around for a reliable and affordable plumber and plumbing service for the past week or so. Even though there are dozens and dozens of them, it has been a process (and still in progress) looking for the someone who will not rip me off. Paul must have been the 8th or 9th plumber I've called and although he doesn't service the area I live in, he took the time to provide me a quote on what it will cost to fix these plumbing issues I have, and told me how much I should expect to pay so I don't get ripped off. Although, I didn't use his service, I appreciate his candor and help.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful .
