The gentleman came out and did an outstanding job. He changed 4 water taps. He updated them all and he installed a flange underneath the toilet. My hat’s off to him for the fine job he did. It takes an exceptional person to do what he does. He was fast and efficient.

Their employees are not respectful of the neighbors to projects that they are working on. Master Plumbing is working on a large project a couple doors down from my house as a subcontractor. One of their vans parked in front of my boulevard garden, and the driver was consistently walking through my plants. I confronted the driver and told him not to walk through my plants anymore, and he brushed me off, saying that the boulevard was public property, and that if I didn't want my plants to get stepped on, I should not have put them there. I can't speak to the quality of the work that they perform, but they do not care for the property of anyone who isn't paying them.

Our shower drain was clogged and backed up. Roto-Rooter came same day and solved our problem. Very happy with our service man and his professionalism.

Rusty and his team is very professional, attention to detail and always clean there jobsite well.

Pedro is one of the rudest people I've ever come across. I asked him for a record of maintenance on my address and he acted like he couldn't understand English. I then questioned why he doesn't have a record system and he babbled off some excuse that wasn't even remotely in connection. I was going to have him come out and assess the tree roots in our pipes and get a recommendation on who to use to do the yard dig but he was less than inviting. One of the most unprofessional people in the business. If you're going to go with a small business owner, don't choose this one.

I have been a customer for years, and have spent a lot of money having McQuilan service our home. I called them out recently to inspect a non-functioning garbage disposal that they installed 6 years ago. After telling me the unit was fried and that it would cost $1,200 to replace (what a joke!), the technician put the unit back but didn't hook it back up correctly. I went to run a load of dishes later, and had water gushing out all over my floor - a huge mess to clean up and I had a broken leg at the time. I was charged $69 for the visit and have called several times since to get my money refunded. I am put on long holds and then told a manager will call me back. He never calls me back. This is NOT an acceptable way to treat any customer, let alone one that has been loyal for years. Sadly, I can not recommend this company to anyone anymore. Their prices are ridiculous and their customer service has tanked.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.
