Around Nov 2014, AF installed their recommended solution of Fujitsu system (three units) for nearly $20K.. Less than 6 months later, the Unit kept breaking down with several major issues from parts melting down, leaking, needing coils, etc. Nick assured us of the 5 year warranty which they'll cover. This November, and without warning or communication, they stopped responding to our calls for service. We left him, Tim and Kristen many voicemails but didn't get one call back. After one week of no heat and no call back, we ended up hiring someone else to fix the unit again . Very unfortunate situation we had with these guys.

OVER ONE MONTH in the hot summer with my AC still not working. This company was NOT EXPERT NOR CONSIDERATE. Do not hire.This company claimed that my AC needs a customized part - they even had me paid in advance. However, no one in this company is responsible enough to keep me updated - especially when they actually CANNOT get the part! Moreover, every time I called, I got transferred several times to this manager that manager, like no one's willing to take responsibilities and solve problems. I strongly suspect whether there is a part ordered or not!After five weeks and tons of calls, I decided to ask for a refund - they did not apologize and deducted their visit fee! - for this kind of service and frustration??? uber drivers charge nothing for just traveling to you!Follow up: I hired another company, took one minute to get on schedule, appointment in 3 days, cost was less than half what they charged here, and ta-dah- fixed!

First time using McQuillan Home Services. Came highly recommended and we were very satisfied. Needed repair of an 80 year old toilet we were not ready to replace. Conor was our technician who was right on time, courteous and professional. After thorough inspection he explained to us all of our options and was not dismissive of us not wanting to give up on our vintage toilet. Parts were difficult to find, but after several calls he located in Mpls., drove over to retrieve and installed same afternoon. Cost was reasonable. We would recommend and use again!

Was looking for a local company and so glad I found DNS. Needed a gas shut off valve installed and had no idea of the cost. Called and they were able to get me a quote very quickly and scheduled the next day. The cost was less then the google estimate! Will absolutely call them again with any further plumbing heating needs. 👍

Ron the Sewer Rat could not unclog a drain. To get to it, some pipes had to be rerouted. On their rec, we called Erik Nelson.

I got texted back within two hours. Two very professional gents showed up the next day. We got everything done on time and under budget.

Oh, and they replaced our ancient wall-hanging toilet with, um, one that actually worked.

I was expecting an angry guy in a grubby T-shirt and a bill for a lot more money.

Had Dan come out. Ignition was unhappy, and pilot wouldn't light. Little cleaning, and some elbow grease, and Dan had my hot water heater repaired and flushed in about an hour. Pleasant guy. Saved me $250 on a new burner assembly for my water heater

It was after hours and my toilet tank was leaking....water all over the floor! Paul came over and quickly fixed the problem. Very professional and his rate were very reasonable. I definitely recommend his services!

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

Came out to family's house once. Failed to fix the issue after charging good money. After several repeat (and unanswered) calls to him after having PAID the man, we decided he is not trustworthy or professional enough to continue messing with our home.

Please look around. We only used this service because he was first able to get to the house, but it wasn't a service I could recommend. I would actually NOT recommend him. I would actively advise AGAINST him.
