The guys were on time, friendly, professional and informative. I will definitely use Rumpca again in the future. The first time I called Rumpca the lady on the phone was very nice. She suggested some things to try first when my central air wasn't working. Unfortunately none of those things worked but I appreciated the suggestions and that won me over with this company. My central air unit was 35 years old and needed replacement. Rumpca did a great job replacing the AC, fixing up some duct work and fixing some water shut off valve issues. Thank you Rumpca!

We called on a Saturday as our basement drain was backing up. Jerrel, the field supervisor was out to our house within an hour and diagnosed our problem. Within another hour, Brian had arrived, fixed the drain problem and we were back to a normal Saturday. Both Jerrel and Brian were very great to work with! Very knowledgeable and eager to answer any question.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

Excellent service all around! Booking online was a breeze, and follow-up emails and texts were reassuring. I was kept in the loop about arrival time w. no problem. Jordan was polite and friendly, and got right to work on my drain. He worked hard at it for a couple hours before deciding it was more than he could handle. He reached out to his boss, and came up with a plan to come back the next day with a bigger machine.The next day, the two of them put in a couple more hours, working and working to get my drains cleared. At one point, they were concerned that they might have to come back a third day, but finally managed to clear the drain.Throughout the whole process, they kept me informed about how it was going. When the time came to pay the bill, I was braced for much worse after so many hours logged.Jordan left me with some recommendations for maintenance and prevention.Long story short, I will call Ron the Sewer Rat any time I need any kind of drain/sewer type service. My experience with John was outstanding, he came on time and jumped right onto the problem. Throughout the job he was very informative and gave us a good laugh, while giving us a chance to oversee his work. Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
