Needed to replace a leaking water heater. Called Rumpca after hours and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. The installers showed up on-time, were polite, professional and fast. I had a new water heater in a few hours and am very pleased with the work. I would definitely use them again.

I had Brian for an appointment today. He was on time, very thorough in the process, and was able to clear our blocked shower drain in a very timely manner. He gave great tips on preventative measures. I hope I never have to book another appointment, but if I do, I would feel comfortable booking with them again.

They replaced my furnace several years ago...ran into issues then but basically fine. Recently came for a furnace inspection which took 4 hours!!!! Gave me a list of things that were wrong but said nothing is covered by the warranty. Said I needed to pay $300 for a supervisor to come give a closer look. Called another company as the guy was pulling out of the driveway. The furnace is fine.

I've had them out to fix everything from a toilet to a broken sump pump after a rain storm. They were the only ones that came out same day since the basement flooded. Great work as always

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

We had a leak in the pipes of our kitchen sink, along with problems with our dishwasher. Erik Nelson's team fixed the problem in a efficient, affordable, professional manner. We were given a quote, a timeframe and updates along the way while they fixed our plumbing problem. I would recommend them to everyone, they are honest, they do quality work, there were no surprises and they are affordable.

Almost every time they came to perform routine maintenance, salesman tried to upsell me on expensive, un-needed equipment. The last time he lied outright about unnecessary equipment which was not at all applicable to my house. Stay away from these gold diggers.

Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

Came out to family's house once. Failed to fix the issue after charging good money. After several repeat (and unanswered) calls to him after having PAID the man, we decided he is not trustworthy or professional enough to continue messing with our home.

Please look around. We only used this service because he was first able to get to the house, but it wasn't a service I could recommend. I would actually NOT recommend him. I would actively advise AGAINST him.
