Arrived quickly within an hour of calling and fixed a leaking problem!

Their employees are not respectful of the neighbors to projects that they are working on. Master Plumbing is working on a large project a couple doors down from my house as a subcontractor. One of their vans parked in front of my boulevard garden, and the driver was consistently walking through my plants. I confronted the driver and told him not to walk through my plants anymore, and he brushed me off, saying that the boulevard was public property, and that if I didn't want my plants to get stepped on, I should not have put them there. I can't speak to the quality of the work that they perform, but they do not care for the property of anyone who isn't paying them.

After two visits with Freddy's and $500 later the main sewer was still taking water slowly. I hired Drain Busters to run a camera down the full length of the line and was told there was a large ball of tree roots. I told Freddy's before he started the cleaning that we have tree roots at '75 feet down. I knew this because the line was scoped in the past for different reasons by the city. Now I have to pay again for the line to be cleared correctly. Also didn't put down a tarp and got sewer juice on the carpet that we had to sanitize ourselves. He did assure me that he cleared the full length of '120 but the camera clearly shows he only went 95'.

Outstanding! He is OUR HANDYMAN for anything else going forward. His professionalism, punctuality and knowledge are exceptional. I highly recommend that if you have something you can't figure out at your home, call John!!!

These guys, particularly Mark and Joe, helped us get through frozen pipes this winter. We are first time home owners and had lived in our house for four months before the pipes froze while we were on vacation.

They were wonderful. From the initial emergency call the night it happened to the end of the whole ordeal, we felt lucky to have them. Mark was professional but felt like family guiding us through the whole process and we will never forget him and the whole Rascher's crew. Definitely recommend.

First cold snap of the season. They were super busy, but communication was great and expectations were met. They provided us with space heaters for the couple days we needed them. Very responsive, and explained it all so that I could understand. My wife dealt with them one day at our home and they treated her very well. Steven (sp?) was the ServiceNow! rep who came to our home to assess our HVAC system and to offer quotes for duct cleaning and various filtration upgrades to enhance our home’s air quality. He was very knowledgeable about all facets of furnace operation and duct cleaning and the various means homeowners can employ to reduce air contaminants. He was even willing to call his boss to get us the best possible price quotes. Although we didn’t ultimately choose ServiceNow! for this project, we were impressed enough with them that we will certainly consider them for any future projects.

I own Lindstrom Electric, LLC and have worked on some of the same projects with Semlak Plumbing. The quality of his work is the best I have seen and he is easy to work with. When the trades work together on projects the customer receives the best finished product.

Pedro has been our plumber of choice for 18 years. He understands our older home and gives us options on how best to proceed. He is tidy, honest, respectful, thorough, economical, and an excellent plumber. Highly recommend!
