Blaylock Plumbing was suggested to us by D.C. Annis. Blaylock did a great job of fixing our broken sewer line. They kept us up to date on the progress and didn't suggest any unnecessary work to be done. Gave us suggestions on what needed to be fixed and let us make the decision without any pressure. Very pleased with everything.

Excellent service. It took less than 1/2 hour from the time I called till the time the technician Derek#4349 arrived. Fastest service ever. He was polite and took care of the problem right away. I even had a coupon. Win win. Will call Roto-Rooter again.

Do It Right gave me an ultimatum and provided a threat (conversation was recorded) based on whether I'd use them or not even BEFORE I received their quote. Had another certified plumber come out and Do It RIght's quote was nearly 3X(!) the second quote received. He also requested PRE-payment for the materials he would need to buy to do the job. Never heard of such a thing for ANY home service. So unprofessional.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Dan has been taking care of our septic tank for over 20 years. He is fantastic.

Our drain field froze and our tank backed up in to our house during the night. Called him first thing in the morning and he was here by 9:00 am!

He is very thorough and explains everything.

It is because of him that our septic has lasted this long. I tell anyone that has a septic system to call Dan!

Erik Nelson plumbing came out to fix my claw foot tub — they were on time, courteous and I thought the price was reasonable considering all the work they had to do. It was a complex repair and they handled it no problem. I will be using them from here on out.

Called for their service to get help with updating a valve and to help install a new dishwasher. They did a great job. Will be calling them for all things plumbing related.

The ron the sewer rat company sent out Jordan to scope and inspect the line , he had the knowledge to answer all of our questions. It was obvious to us he knew what he was doing , he did not rush through the job, let us know what was happening, he was polite (even removed his shoes) he told us what he recommended (totally reasonable). I like that this company posts its services and prices on the website. I knew what to expect with pricing with the services i had asked for. Also tomorrow I should have a video of the scoped pipes in my email. Im happy with this service call.

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

I purchased an HVAC system through this company 5 years ago. Their pricing was reasonable and they had financing options. This week I had an issue with my AC system. I called to speak to someone on a Sunday and they were able to get a technician out within 2 days. He diagnosed and did the repair that day and was able to apply the product warranty so that I only paid for the service. They also have a great yearly maintenance plan with different pricing levels to fit individual's needs. In addition to that, someone from the company called me after the service to make sure that everything was working and I was satisfied with their service.

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

BEWARE! BEWARE! Professional scammer! After I have agreed to pay amount he quoted he did half of his work then disappeared. No communication at all, other then an email after I threatened to bring this issue up with dept of labor. We attempted to communicate so many time and no response. Essentially all he is looking for is big chunk of money for easy work then walk away without completing it. Do your search on this contractor well. He has been fined, crappy reviews and complaints against him on BBB. I am proceeding with court option! This is unacceptable! People like this should never be in business.
