Reccomended to us by our home inspector to clean our drains and give the house's plumbing a tune-up -- Reggie at Freddy's is AMAZINGLY knowledgeable and very kind. He helped us get up to speed on everything our house needed, and got our plumbing system in tip top shape. Absolutely would reccomend to a friend and would know they're in good hands.

Everyone I was in contact with at Rascher was helpful and courteous. They were very quick to get me an estimate, which was very accurate. The work was done on time, and the plumber (Jason) was friendly. When a couple of unforeseen issues came up, which were explained fully with possible solutions laid out. They seem to really put the customer first. Rascher will be my go-to for a plumber.

INSANELY expensive. If you have an emergency, I can see why you'd use this company. But in all other cases, please, just go on Nextdoor and get a rec from your neighbors. I had a MINOR electrical issue that I was quoted $1100 for. Luckily, I just couldn't bring myself to go ahead so I paid the $79 service fee and then called around and was able to find a local electrician who did the job for $175. The technician was very nice and professional and obviously he has nothing to do with the set prices. But the company itself are definitely gougers, so beware.

Wants $700NTE to do his recommended work without approval from the payee. $110 non refundable service call for 30mins diagnostic. Will not discuss simple upfront pricing with possible vendor. Be careful for this scam artist.

Michael Pierce from McQuillan Bros performed my furnace check and maintenance. He was very detailed and explained to me clearly what he was going to do. Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Dan's is great. Very Knowledgeable and easy to work with. They make scheduling and payment easy with their website. I defiantly recommend giving them a shot.

Braeden was very knowledgeable regarding our 70 year old boiler system. As transplants from Phoenix, we had no clue how to turn on or maintain our water boiler. Braden was helpful in getting us set for the cold weather and happy to share his expertise with us.

All Ways Drains installed a new dishwasher as well as repaired a leak for us. They had the great blend of professionalism and being personable. They were timely and did excellent work. We would highly recommend them!!

Worst experience ever. We hired him to install a tub and what he put us through was living hell. Takes short cuts everywhere he can with total disregard to property. Our expensive new tub and surrounds got scratched & chipped. So unprofessional and messy that he literally destroyed our carpet downstairs with concrete mix stained all over it. He dropped his tools onto our vanity and ceramic bathroom floor leaving a big chip on the edge of the vanity top and cracking the floor tile. Talks big like he knows it all but don't believe it for a minute. Shows up late and disappears for hours. We tried to be patient and give him respect but eventually we couldn't take his BS any longer and just told him it's over. Had enough of his games and watching him destroy our house. We paid him anyway just to get him out of our house and our lives. We had to hire a new plumber to come in and redo everything he messed up on. It's unbelievable to me that someone like him is still operating out there. This guy shouldn't be allowed to carry a license or do any kind of business. There's so much more I can say about our nightmare experience. I'll just say STAY AWAY from this scam artist. Don't fall for his fake & cheeky demeanor.
