Super nice guy! I called him regarding some work and have gave me good advice over the phone like a friend would.

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

Great customer service from the start. Plumber called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, was polite, professional and relatable. He took time to explain what was going on with out being condescending and/or trying to sell me on things I don't need. He cleaned up after himself and was out the door in an expedient manner.

Amazing job. Came in within an hour of calling. Very polite. Went to work clearing the 2” drain from our sink upstairs to downstairs. My equipment wasn’t strong enough but he was able to clear the blockage within an hour and was most professional about the job. Explained what it could’ve been, products to avoid and cleaned up with he was done.

Called to confirm arrival time. Arrived on time, worked efficiently. Good job.

Today we had our air ducts clean. They were on time they got done a little less than what they said they would take. It cleaned up very well our home. They showed us the before and after pictures it was great to see that it was done so clean. We really appreciate it the good job they did.

Do Right plumbing came to my rescue on a freezing cold February day. My Propane tank had a faulty component resulting in no fuel source to my furnace. Significant damage was done to my home due to sustaining 3 weeks of no heat. DoRight not only found and corrected all the defective plumbing problems but acted as a General Contractor to manage all repairs. They were the only positive assistance in a very challenging situation. I trust the company explicitly.

I am not a review writer, but we had a very good experience with Apollo beginning with our walk through and estimate. This is a huge investment and we wanted the equipment to be efficient and installed to last a lifetime.Lucas was responsive with questions and details of project. We had received a handful of bids and all were fairly equal in total cost. Apollo was actually the highest, but the install didn't require sourcing an electrician or other details that required more research on our part.2020-21 has been a challenge for labor and keeping teams together, and we were blessed that Apollo was willing and able to meet our timeframe for installation.The crew, Mike and Cory, arrived. We did a walk through, brainstormed best layout and design. Then they went right to work. Note: I said coffee, husband said energy drinks. Husband was correct. :)Apollo was responsive to our aesthetic needs for the exterior. They also kept the interior vent and intake neat, organized and streamlined.One constructive encouragement is continue to work new tools and finish work into skill set. Our bore holes posted a unique challenge, not through masonry, but through existing wood beam. Faced with old nails a hole saw bit could not complete the job. A reciprocating saw would damage the exterior trim. So the best action was hammer, chisel and oscillating saw.

Love this company. They are so nice - from the person who books appointments to the plumbers who show up (in my case both times I had issues) the day I called, on time and in a great mood. Diagnosed and fixed both of my separate issues right away. Didn't waste time, good knowledge, followup and prices. I would definitely recommend over and over again. They are the best I have used in the Twin Cities. Oh and very COVID conscious too. AWESOME company.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

Great company low rates open 24 hours a day 7 days a week

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

Alto was referred to me by another customer. So I set up appointment, I'm gonna cut to the chase. I was charged $250 for the first 90 mins and $175 per hour after, and I was told it would be $2 per additional foot to run the snake beyond 100 feet. He ran the snake an additional 50 feet. I paid almost $800. I had to call another company out to actually clear out the wipes stuck in the drain. They charged $198 and actually unclogged the drain.
I spoke with the person that referred me to Alto, whose opinion I trust because he is knowledgeable, I explained to him what Rick did and what he charged me...he couldn't believe it and was not happy as that's not what Alto even charges for multi dwelling plumbing issues.
I'm told they get commission..I guess being a woman that doesn't know much about plumbing, Rick decided I would be his target that day.
The person that referred me is going to try and help me recoup some of the money back, he felt really bad, and has not had this type of experience(work or price) with Alto before, and knows who Rick is.
All it takes is 1 person/employee to give a business a bad reputation.
Due to the experience I had with Alto, I will not recommend this company, and I advised the person that referred me(even though he meant well) not to refer them.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
