We had a drain in our laundry room floor that was clogged and was causing a small amount of water backup. Our technician Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly laid out the pricing to get it fixed and went to work. He also helped remedy why it was happening and I now have a solution to keep it from happening again. Very impressed and will use Roto-rooter again. Great work.

Went out of business without notice and did not honor warranties

Ryan J replaced our very old, leaking laundry tub faucet and associated washing machine supply faucets for us. He was very professional , knowledgeable. and pleasant to work with. He did an outstanding job. Best of all, it was same day service from my inquiry on the Angi website to his visit to appraise and quote the necessary repairs, returning several days later with the required parts to complete the repair. When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

I will be having an attic ac installed. It has not been installed as of yet. Drew has been great to work with, punctual, returns calls promptly, explains things clearly, provides great customer service, and above all is honest. He worked with me so that I am able to have the service done. I appreciate that very much and will be passing his name on to others as the opportunity affords.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

Worst service ever,my home warranty send this company to check my shower for small leak, they do silicon job like 5year old kid all over the faucet ,and i call them and they said is not to bad ,what did you expect !

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
