Second time using Roto Rooter, and again very satisfied with the work that was performed. The tech that came out was very personable, knowledgeable and genuinely a nice guy. He listened to my concerns, discussed with me the issues going on and made sure I was completely satisfied and all my questions answered before he left. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter. Kou C with Aabbott Ferraro cleaned and checked my furnace for the annual check-up. He was efficient and nice.

Michael followed up after the initial appointment could not be completed due to a failed starter on the air duct cleaning equipment. He came back as promised, got the work done efficiently and effectively, them explained what he did. Be gave ideas for enhancement for our system, but didn't try to oversell it. Really great working with Michael and Airtech.

Pedro was very informative and professional! He completed the work and cleaned up very nicely afterwards.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

Love this company. They are so nice - from the person who books appointments to the plumbers who show up (in my case both times I had issues) the day I called, on time and in a great mood. Diagnosed and fixed both of my separate issues right away. Didn't waste time, good knowledge, followup and prices. I would definitely recommend over and over again. They are the best I have used in the Twin Cities. Oh and very COVID conscious too. AWESOME company.

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

Matt G came to our home right on time & did a fantastic job installing 2 new faucets. He shared helpful information re plumbing techniques & was just a really personable & friendly fella! I'll happily call Champion again & ask for Matt!

My interaction comes from a Best Buy appliance purchase. Without going too far into historical events, the original contracted installer replaced my gas dryer fittings with used parts and kinked the gas line from main which caused a gas leak. Fast forward to today and through significant time dealing with Best Buy, XPO, and other plumbers we had Charlie and Jake out to my home. They were efficient in not only finding the leak in the connections but also find and fixed the leak caused by the original installer which wasn't found or diagnosed during several previous call backs.

Both Charlie and Jake took their time. Triple checked their work and when all was said and done, we were left with a feeling of safety and a feelings or relief that FINALLY we had professionals over that actually cared about their quality of work and attention. After originally purchasing the washer and dryer from Best Buy January of 2020, we can finally use the products purchased. Thank you to the Master Plumbing Services team and especially to Charlie and Jake. Kudos!

No good dont call

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
