Best Hour Emergency Plumbing in Saint Paul MN

I bought a new faucet for our kitchen sink and called Roto Rooter to install it. They wouldn't give as much as a ballpark estimate over the phone, but informed me the $69 trip charge would go towards the service fee. No problem...I mean it's one faucet, right? $200? $300? Nope. Not even close. The technician arrived, looked under the sink, said that it would take about an hour and it would cost $600. No joke. $600 for ONE faucet replacement. I said that makes this a $1000 faucet. Are you kidding me? Maybe that's just the going rate these days for plumbers, but I can't even fathom what they would charge to replace a water heater. I assume $600 is a flat rate and they really should have been up front with that kind of a price tag. They wasted my time, the technician's time and gas (who was very nice) and I wasted $69 on a ridiculous estimate. Went back to Lowe's to inquire about their installation services. Flat $209, which seems just about right for a single faucet install.

Never disappointed, been using their services for years. They fix it right . Trust worthy, honest company.

Paul is just the guy to have out to fix any electrical issues. My mom had been having many recurring breaker problems. He is super patient and is a very good listener. He explains in simple terms so we can understand what and why it is happening. You are very lucky to have such a wonderful employee.

DO NOT USE Do It Right Plumbing SCAM!!! Pedro is vindictive, disrespectful and uses unscrupulous business practices to gain business. He participates in unsolicited calls as well to scam people. He'll give a quote 3Xs higher than the average and when you do not use his services he will claim you have illegal plumbing and report you to the city inspector. Absolutely unbelievable. Reporting to BBB as well. This man should not have a license to be a plumber! Please share this and spread the word to prevent others from being scammed!

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Apollo came out and cleaned our ducts. They did such a wonderful job-Chris showed us before and after pictures and then the rest of the evidence was on the filter a few hours after he finished. The house is so much cleaner. Apollo was punctual, priced well, and was very informative about our system and the service he provided. I would recommend them to anyone.

John is a true professional with a friendly, easygoing attitude and he is highly skilled at explaining what is going on every step of the way. He came out within a half an hour on a Saturday to assist us with a main line clog. He quickly assessed and resolved the issue and gave us good advice about what to look out for in the future. Price was fair. He cleaned up everything and left without a trace. What a great experience! Thanks.

Love this company. They are so nice - from the person who books appointments to the plumbers who show up (in my case both times I had issues) the day I called, on time and in a great mood. Diagnosed and fixed both of my separate issues right away. Didn't waste time, good knowledge, followup and prices. I would definitely recommend over and over again. They are the best I have used in the Twin Cities. Oh and very COVID conscious too. AWESOME company.

Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

Kurt installed a water heater for me in my very small furnace room. He was fast efficient, very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked everything before he started making sure it would be done right. I’m very happy with the work he did.

Master Plumbing installed a gas range I purchased from Best Buy. They're contracted to do installations. Jake and Dan were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Were careful not to make a mess. Followed protocol concerning Covid. My understanding is that are also master plumbers. I will call them in the future for plumbing issues.

Great company low rates open 24 hours a day 7 days a week

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.

Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
