Paul the electrician with Service Today did a wonderful safety check of my electrical system for my home last week. Because my home is an older Bacchus house in the north suburbs & electrical hadn't been updated about 10 years he did find an issue with one important outlet that was rather loose &caused energy resistance, so was unsafe. He installed a new outlet and now I feel assured that it is safe& sound; it is working fine. Paul was very informative about the technology today and gave me options is what I could do to update home power intake and make it more efficient for the future. He also looked over my home's battery safety alarms and said that Service Today offers a new wireless standalone system for fire and carbon monoxide alarms and so I am considering getting that in the near future even though I also have an alarm system with a call center. He said that the Service Today alarm system is very quick and reliable and it would be a good addition to what I already have. Paul is very personable and knowledgeable about electrical work and also the newer technology that Service Today offers as options for improving the electrical system for homes with newer technology. I was so glad that MSP called to do electrical safety check on my house and I recommend that everybody get this done for an electrical safety inspection at least once a year. Pedro is one of the rudest people I've ever come across. I asked him for a record of maintenance on my address and he acted like he couldn't understand English. I then questioned why he doesn't have a record system and he babbled off some excuse that wasn't even remotely in connection. I was going to have him come out and assess the tree roots in our pipes and get a recommendation on who to use to do the yard dig but he was less than inviting. One of the most unprofessional people in the business. If you're going to go with a small business owner, don't choose this one.

Fixed a leak caused by the tub in quick order and for a reasonable price. Called them on Sunday and they were there 9am Monday morning getting to work.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

We've used able plumbing a few times. Jake has always done quality work and exceeded expectations. It's hard to find an honest or competent contractor so to find both in 1 company feels like a win. Highly recommended

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.
