Kevin did an excellent job. He was very thorough andpresented condition of furnace clearly. Upon my approving work to be done, Kevin went to retrieve parts needed. I was glad I was able to have the necessary work completed the same day. I was glad he fixed a very important safety concern.I have done business for several years now & find the company does good work!

Technician arrived on time and promptly proceeded to check our hot water heating system. He was very efficient and checked out all components and completed the work in a timely manner

Tim from Ron the sewer rat was a excellent technician! He was very good with explaining everything in detail and was efficient and timely with the unclogging of my kitchen drain! My only wish is that we would have called sooner as my husband pretty much hurt himself trying to fix it himself. The price point is more than fair too!

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Absolutely fast service I called today and they were here right on time fixing my drains. I recommend them highly. I want to also thank the wonderful customer service of the gentleman that came to do my drains he was amazing

Similar to other reviews (wish I would've seen before calling them) they forced me to sign an agreement for $445 to clear a clog just a few feet beyond the kitchen sink trap. Wait, it gets much worse. They ran the snake through the vent pipe and told me this is a bad clog. I asked how he could tell because the snake was whipping above the roof line. He pulled it back in and jammed it so hard downward that it broke the PVC drain pipe, destroying my bathroom ceiling and insulation with 2 full sinks of water. Two guys stood there while I tore down the drywall to find the break. They said it's not their fault because there was no purple primer showing on the PVC pipe and joint. I told them it's never leaked since 1983 when the home was built and that there's such a thing as clear primer. He denied the existence of clear primer. They left me with a broken pipe and huge mess. Cost to repair was 3 days from my job and over $300 of materials (I did all of the work myself). These guys only care about money. Worst contractor I've hired in 35 years that I've owned properties. The two tenants living in that unit can attest to all of this and were also inconvenienced for 3 straight days. I would give them zero stars if possible.
