Had Zach from Rumpca out to clean out my laundry room floor drain. He was very professional, explained everything very well & did a great job!

On time arrival, efficient, cost-effective, willing to explain, and very courteous. Highly recommend.

First cold snap of the season. They were super busy, but communication was great and expectations were met. They provided us with space heaters for the couple days we needed them. Very responsive, and explained it all so that I could understand. My wife dealt with them one day at our home and they treated her very well. A respectful bunch, I trust Aabbott Ferraro for our future heating and cooling needs!

Had a home inspection done on a new residence and discovered there was a list of issues to be addressed. Found Service Today! at the Minnesota State Fair and received a free inspection. Called them up and had them out for an estimate. Work begins Monday.

Troy and Mike went above and beyond the call. There were some difficulties in tying the new carrier infinity heating and AC system into my Nest thermostat. They spent a couple hours working to troubleshoot the problems of making that interface and really understanding and solving the problem. All through this they kept me in the loop and explained what was going on and what they were working on.They worked until 7 o’clock to make sure it was all operating perfectly.In addition they made a very clean installation of the new system. It looks very professional and is a real improvement over the way the original system was installed.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

AMAZING service from Gray Duck Plumbing from start to finish. Tina and Dan took a very stressful situation for a new homeowner and made it very approachable and easy. This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Came out to family's house once. Failed to fix the issue after charging good money. After several repeat (and unanswered) calls to him after having PAID the man, we decided he is not trustworthy or professional enough to continue messing with our home.

Please look around. We only used this service because he was first able to get to the house, but it wasn't a service I could recommend. I would actually NOT recommend him. I would actively advise AGAINST him.

Nasseff has been our go to for all our plumbing and heating needs for the past 15 years. They have always been timely and helpful. They always make certain you are pleased with the outcome. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.
